Chef Titik was knowledgeable, welcoming and alot of fun. She was extremally accomidating to our requests. Even though my girlfiend and I are both avid home chefs. We learned alot about Indonesian cuisine from her. She had a beautiful kitchen and a well maintained home. Will be seeing her again in the future.

The experience was so wonderful. I planned this class a few months ago with the intent on proposing to my girlfriend. Chef Titik was so great at coordinating with me and making the class so informative and fun! She really knows Indo food and you can tell the passion when she was teaching us in the class. She was a HUGE impact on the best night of my life proposing. Highly recommend taking one of her classes, you won't be disappointed! The food btw was soooo delicious, we are hoping one day she will open up a restaurant, my girlfriend and I will definitely be her first customers!!!

We had a great experience with Chef Andy and his assistant. From the booking process to the actual class everything was very professional. Chef Andy arrived on time and ready to start with everything we needed to cook our meal . We loved actually being able to utilize our own kitchen and learn tips and tricks along the way to make our space the most efficient. Chef Andy was extremely knowledgable as well, he took the time to answer any questions and just made sure we were learning and having fun. I have taken quite a few cooking classes at different places around the city and have to say that this class was one of the best with lots of hands on and one on one attention. My husband enjoyed the class as well and we all shared quite a few laughs especially when Chef Andy called out my husband on using his favorite kitchen utensil ( a rice spatula --which he uses for cooking EVERYTHING). Thank you Chef Andy for helping me break that bad habit. HAHA!! Thank you also to your sweet assistant. We definitely will be looking forward to taking more classes with you.

My experience with chef Titik was awesome!! I would highly recommend her to any and everyone seeking to have a fun memorable night. She is very knowledgeable in her field as well as in other cultures. I booked this class for my partner and I in hopes to learn new ways of the kitchen while celebrating my partners Birthday. Our experience was extraordinary. The class we took was Spanish and Latin inspired. My partner is pescatarian and I’m vegetarian so I feared this would be a problem because in most places it usually is; But Chef Titik tweaked the menu to accommodate us both. Our four course meal was really delightful and it made our experience that much more personal and special. We will definitely be booking Chef Titik again for date night !!!

Our experience with Chef Robin was excellent! She showed up at our apartment with all ingredients and supplies and we didn't even need to clean up afterwards. Chef was knowledgeable and we had a real hands on experience and learned a lot of recipe secrets and knife skills too. The menu Chef created was perfect for spring and everything was so delicious. I'd highly recommend Chef Robin for your Cozymeal experience!

I found him very professional even though the set up was informal in our home. The class was both interesting and fun. Would definitely book another class with Chef Andy.

Chef Robin was nothing short of amazing! Beyond the wonderful food she demonstrated and prepared with my wife and I for Valentine’s Day, the conversation was fantastic. We traded funny story stories while we learned and she could not have made us feel more comfortable. We made a barrage of french cuisine including fresh baguettes, beef stew and chocolate fondue for desert. The food was exquisite and the company was A+. We will be having robin to cook for us and friends in the near future!

He was very entertaining. We cooked a salad pizza and meatballs. I wish we could’ve made our own dough and the sorbet but I’m sure he had to do that for time purposes other than that it was a great class.
Booked the class Vegetarian Masterclass with Chef Titik in Downtown Chicago (New City)
My sister took me to this class for my birthday and I loved it! She cooks more than I do but everything we tried and made was delicious. I was very hungry when I came and was glad I could sample and try the vegetables as we were cooking. We had tomato soup abut halfway through the class. I really enjoyed the crostinis I had with them. We put lots of Parmesan cheese on top. I love cheese and eat a lot of it, this really made the soup taste good. I really like portobello mushrooms and was glad when they were in the main dish. We cooked those in the oven and got rid of the water. I had tried to make a mushroom en croute before and now I know that mushrooms release water when cooking which is why mine was not the best! We used caramelized onions and sautéed spinach two of my favorites. We used an egg to bind the pastry dough together. The potato au gratin and the demi-glaze sauce together was the best decision I made when eating my dinner after we cooked everything. The table was set beautifully when my sister and I came in. We brought the food to the table and enjoyed all our hard work. 10/10 would take this class again!

If you want to take this class please do!! You will not be disappointed! We made a wonderful tomato bisque soup, delicious potato au gratin and the fabulous main course was mushroom en croute. The desert really made the experience which was the poached pear in wine with spices. Everything was perfect. Chef Titik knowledge of different cuisines is amazing and seen in how she was cooking the whole time. We chopped, sautéed, minced, julienned and used all four burners on the stove at once! Very impressive! When sautéing and caramelizing the onions for the mushroom en croute we used balsamic vignette but also sampled Indonesian sweet soy sauce! Such a cool experience of flavors! I am not a vegetarian myself but still loved the class! We started by making the desert because of the length of time it was cooking. We sampled the wine the pears were poached in and it was delicious! This is great for the summer, you can use the wine for sangria as well! We had the soup half way through cooking the meal and it was to die for! My brother and myself both took seconds! The potato au gratin was so fun to make! You learn how to make a béchamel sauce from scratch and how to parboil things! A skill both of us will have with us forever. I really enjoyed making the demi-glazed sauce, this was a new experience for me and I didn't realize how many vegetables were involved. Overall a great experience! Took my brother for his birthday and absolutely loved it!

Five stars is not enough. Chef Andy and Chef Coco gave us a wonderful experience from start to finish. They came to our home and taught us how to prepare an absolutely amazing Mexican meal, and everything about the evening exceeded our expectations. They were warm, friendly, very instructive and fund. They made the cooking process feel approachable, fun, and memorable. What really stood out was how they combined great teaching with genuine friendless and a desire to teach. We learned a lot, ate an incredible meal, and truly enjoyed having them in our home. Remarkably, they even left our kitchen cleaner than it was when they arrived. I would highly recommend Chef Andy and Chef Coco to anyone looking for a special, delicious, and well-run private cooking experience.

We cooked roasted chicken with brown-butter mashed potatoes, as well as a crème brûlée. It was delicious and Chef Ricky was great, it was a great date night for my boyfriend’s birthday!

Chef David was awesome! We learned so many new skills in the kitchen like how to properly hold a knife, tips on how to keep your cutting board from slipping, how to properly zest, and so many other little tips & tricks. The food we cooked was fire and we will definitely be keeping these recipes for future dinners!

She went through with us step by step making a mango sparkling water drink with mint. Then went onto the best hummus I've ever had made with garlic as the extra ingredient. We then learned to make couscous and Chicken Shawarma which was delicious. It was so cool to make the spice mixture step by step smelling each ingredient as you put it in. We then made a lovely seafood stew to go along with the chicken. It was so cool I have never cooked with saffron before it was delicious! We made the cake first since it took an hour to bake. It was worth the wait!!! To finish we tried all the food we ate family style in her dining rom. She gave such a lovely cozy feeling. It was like cooking at home with my mom. She answered all our questions and had great knowledge of the food and region she was teaching us to make. 10/10 would book her again!

Chef Titik was incredible! So helpful breaking down cooking concepts into bite sized (pun intended) pieces. Cooking can and is scary in how complex it can be but Chef Titik does a great job making it simple. Explaining where to shop and how to implement different ingredients was super helpful. That being said she was incredibly patient and considerate. Would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a great meal and a good time!

During our cooking class, my girlfriend Nadia and I cooked chicken saltimboca, salad, polenta, crostini, and tiramisu. All of the food was delicious, and I really enjoyed how involved we were able to be in the cooking process. I learned a lot of fun and helpful tricks like different ways to cut produce and how to pan-sear food properly. Chef Eric was walking around the kitchen, but it was a resident chef, Mimi, that lead the group for the majority of the class. The only thing is I wish that we had some appetizer or snack to eat before the end of the class because it was such a long process to make all of the food, but I understand that would be difficult with cleanliness. Thanks for a great night!
