No need for reservations at your favorite sushi house when this hands-on cooking class with Chef Janet is on the menu. She'll share her secrets for assembling your own smashing sushi selections.

Begin by learning the traditional techniques for creating perfect sushi rice. Then, use your newfound skills to assemble an array of rolls, including a smoked salmon roll with tangy mango, a California roll with cool cucumber, and a shrimp roll with creamy avocado. You'll also prepare your own surimi roll with avocado and cucumber.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Janet was very professional, she was an excellent teacher and we had a great time. She made the class very easy to follow, she was prepared with everything she was going to need and we learned a lot!

Chef Janet provided a terrific cooking experience. She was warm and personable, knowledgable and patient. My 14 year old grandson and I had a ton of fun, made and ate a ton of sushi, and brought some back for the whole family to enjoy. Thanks Chef Janet for a great experience.

Chef Janet was awesome! I booked her for a sushi class as a birthday surprise for my wife and she loved it. It was a very nice experience! She walks you through all the steps but also lets you use your creativity by creating your own rolls. Besides all that, she is such nice company! Would definitely recommend!
