Begin with homemade hummus infused with lemon, cumin and olive oil and make herb-marinated Greek lemon chicken drizzled in white wine and Feta cheese. My dad and I had a great time taking this class with Yani! Yani gave great instructions, and we learned a lot. I most appreciated her personal trick for pairing seasonings and flavors, as well as hearing her story of becoming a chef. Would highly recommend and would happily take this class again!
