Had a WONDERFUL sushi experience with Chef Andy! He was very knowledgeable on food history as well as cooking techniques. He is easy to talk to and keeps the class fun and interesting. I had booked 'Sushi Adventures' for our anniversary night with Chef Suarez in March 2019. Chef Suarez was communicative and arrived on time. He has a great sense of humor which made us very comfortable with him early on. He walked us through each step of the sushi making process and made it fun and simple. Needless to say that not only sushi turned out great but I also learned great techniques from him. I can never forget the great experience we had. I would recommend this to anyone reading this review.

Chef Janet came out to our house for the evening and showed my partner and I how to make Sushi Rolls. She came with everything necessary for the event, the only thing we provided was a table to work at, an outlet for a rice cooker, and an eager spirit to learn. She was an excellent, patient teacher. Chef Janet was awesome! I booked her for a sushi class as a birthday surprise for my wife and she loved it. It was a very nice experience! Janet was absolutely fantastic. I wanted to surprise m girlfriend for her 28th birthday with a private cooking experience. This was my first time on Cozymeal, and Janet was the first chef I have done this with. Janet was everything we could've asked for plus more. Her communication upfront was timely and effective. She was very flexible to allow for the dietary restrictions, and allowed my girlfriend and I to customize the dishes of our choice. She was a very good teacher, but also let us do things on our own. She was helpful to "show us the way". We had good conversations and she was entertaining. She did all of the dishes and was very helpful with cleanup. The sushi was awesome and she gave us many tis and tricks. I would certainly recommend Janet!!!

WasnвЂ™t quite sure what to expect, but the second we met Andy, we knew we were in for a fun night! Andy was wonderful! We had such a great time learning how to make sushi along with other cooking lessons! ItвЂ™s evident that Andy knows his stuff and seemed really happy to share his knowledge.
