What You’ll Do

Work together to become a team of maki sushi masters in this hands-on sushi workshop.

In this team building class, Chef Andy will be your guide as you and your team work together to learn how to roll your own sushi and make other Japanese favorites from scratch.

Chef Andy will focus on teaching your team how to slice fresh fish to lay on homemade sushi rice for nigiri, and how to prepare maki sushi rolls with salmon, cucumber, unagi sauce, seaweed and spicy aioli. End on a sweet note by making matcha crГЄpes with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.
