WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this team building class, Chef Andy will be your guide as you and your team work together to learn how to roll your own sushi and make other Japanese favorites from scratch. Chef Andy will focus on teaching your team how to slice fresh fish to lay on homemade sushi rice for nigiri, and how to prepare maki sushi rolls with salmon, cucumber, unagi sauce, seaweed and spicy aioli. End on a sweet note by making matcha crêpes with fresh berries.

I was in Chicago for a conference and as a sales rep I am usually asked to host business dinners which can be boring and lame at times. Instead, I invited a bunch of prospects and clients to a cooking class with Chef Andy and he was INCREDIBLE! We had a wide range of abilities in the class and he did a great job of breaking up everyone into teams so that those with less skills could still feel included. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, and all of my prospects and clients literally said this was "the best conference sidebar event they had ever been to." I was ecstatic with the experience!

Five stars is not enough. Chef Andy and Chef Coco gave us a wonderful experience from start to finish. They came to our home and taught us how to prepare an absolutely amazing Mexican meal, and everything about the evening exceeded our expectations. They were warm, friendly, very instructive and fund. They made the cooking process feel approachable, fun, and memorable. What really stood out was how they combined great teaching with genuine friendless and a desire to teach. We learned a lot, ate an incredible meal, and truly enjoyed having them in our home. Remarkably, they even left our kitchen cleaner than it was when they arrived. I would highly recommend Chef Andy and Chef Coco to anyone looking for a special, delicious, and well-run private cooking experience.

Date night with my boyfriend and Chef Cocoa was a lovely experience. I gifted him this Cozymeal sushi class, and we had so much fun prepping and rolling sushi. It turned into a very filling dinner — we even had to take some to go. The class was well organized and easy to follow, with a great group of people. The ambiance at Chef Andy’s place was great, plus easy parking. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend :)

We had a wonderful evening making bruschetta, risotto, chicken marsala, and tiramisu. We learned some tips for getting the right texture for the risotto, got a refresher on correctly searing chicken, and made tiramisu for the first time.

Chef Andy and his team were so amazing! We did the mystery basket cooking competition They made our corporate event for team-building super fun, engaging and exciting! It was such a fun event because of Cozy Meal’s amazing chefs! “Yes chef!†They were so good at organizing us and taking photos for us! And on top of all of that, the food tasted incredible!
