One of the best family events I have had in a very long time. We went with my son and his wife, and it was reminiscent of taking the kids to Disney Land. Chef Emmanuelle guided us, yet made it fun. All four of us learned so much from her. The food was great, and the company was even better. Chef Emmanuelle shares her passion and her skills. I recommend taking a class from her regardless of your experience. Do what I did, make it a family night and you won't regret it. We will be back.

Our evening with Chef Hilda was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and inviting demeanor set the tone for a truly memorable culinary experience. The preparation space was beautifully set up and ready for the meal we had selected, making us feel both welcome and excited to begin. The portions were more than generous вЂ” after enjoying a fantastic meal, we still left with a full doggie bag to savor later. Throughout the evening, Chef Hilda struck a perfect balance between expert instruction and patient encouragement, always keeping the mood light and fun, even as we required more than a little guidance in the kitchen. This was our first Cozymeal experience and we loved it. Chef Hilda was very kind and we felt so welcome in her home, enough so that we left the experience feeling like new friends. Wow, what a great experience! Chef Hilda was kind, interesting and knowledgeable. It was like cooking with a friend! The stations we had were prepared so well- everything was very clean and very easy to follow. She is highly organized and had all fresh ingredients. She allowed us to take photos of all the ingredients as well as where to find everything in the Las Vegas valley. She provided us with plenty of food to take home as well as a print out of all the things we made. We will definitely come back to her!!

Wow, this was such a great experience! Chef Hilda is so friendly, organized and accommodating. We asked if the menu could be adjusted for vegetarian and she was able to make the changes which were delicious. I did this cooking class with my sisters, but it would be a fun date activity as well.

We had Chef Brendan for the 7:00 PM class on 8/16. First off, this was a blast. There was a wide gamut of skill sets there, from newbies to people with plenty of experience. The chef did a fantastic job of leading this class, making everyone feel capable, and excited to eat the food! As someone who loves to cook, I learned eggs are denatured by sugar, how to poach eggs, and mustards helps emulsify oil. And this is the first thing IвЂ™ve cooked in so long that didnвЂ™t have garlic in it: I love garlic but what a cool thing. Plus, my date is a self proclaimed amateur in the kitchen and she genuinely enjoyed this. SheвЂ™s gonna try one of the things even tomorrow. Hey Chef Brendan, IвЂ™m sorry I talked a lot with the person next to me about Reno! You did a great job. IвЂ™m looking forward to the next one.

Three girlfriends and I recently did a cooking class with Chef Hilda, and it was an absolute blast! Chef Hilda is incredibly sweet and fun to cook with. She gave us little tips and help where we needed it and then always made sure to let us try things on our own. Her home and kitchen were immaculate - a perfect cooking environment! She was very organized and created little cooking stations for each of us to work at, so everyone had something to do. The best part was that the food was absolutely amazing! And there was so much of it that we ate some of it while we were there and then took lots of leftovers (and the recipes) home with us. I highly recommend this experience. I cannot wait to try another one of Chef Hilda's cooking classes!

Chef Michael is a wonderful chef, and culinary instructor who brought his kitchen to life during his demonstration. I enjoyed learning about various spices and how to effectively incorporate them into each dish. Chef Michael has worked for some of the top Chefs establishments in the Las Vegas Valley, Chef Jose Andres, Emeril Lagasse to name a few. Chef Michael has an amazing attention to detail, the Rahm Schnitzel, and the Chilies En Nogada were both quite savory, and very rich in flavor, the Creme BrГ»lГ©e made for quite a delectable desert. Dining with Chef Michael will make for a great culinary experience.

My boyfriend and I left this experience saying to each other вЂњwow well that was the BEST!вЂќ Chef Deborah was so kind and welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. At the same time, she challenged us and taught us so much about how to prepare and cook this amazing meal (which was absolutely delicious). The class lasted only 1.5 hours not 2.5. There were no skills taught. Not even basic knife skills. It was like cooking a meal box that I could get delivered to my home. No, it was worse. Everything was already prepped. the only prep that we did was mince garlic and cut herbs.
