WHAT YOU’LL DO

Enjoy a hands-on steak frites menu in this interactive cooking class in Las Vegas.
Cook a bistro-inspired dinner side by side in this interactive date night cooking class in Las Vegas. With guidance from Chef Gregg or a resident chef, you’ll prepare pan-roasted steak with pan jus, golden frites paired with garlic truffle aioli and a crisp chicory salad dressed in mustard vinaigrette. You’ll finish with an orange and honey-poached pear. Along the way, you’ll practice cooking steak, building a pan sauce and balancing rich and fresh flavors. This cooking class in Las Vegas turns a classic steakhouse-style meal into a fun evening for two.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.

We were taught how to make the croissant dough however i didnt know we wouldnt use the dough or bake it due to time constraints and method doesnt allow for it … i would have liked to know … we baked someone elses dough which was tough and not flaky … i was dissapointed overall … i will try myself the recipe …. Its complicated and time consuming (days) chef was lovely and safety conscious liked that especially in light of using others dough which is totally hands on
