Join Chef Emmanuelle for this hands-on cooking class that mixes classic seafood and pasta dishes for a fun, varied experience. You’ll work with the freshest ingredients, learn useful techniques and create a well-rounded menu from start to finish.
Kick things off with a fiery flambé shrimp scampi served with fresh mixed greens and bread. Then, aprons on for handmade fettuccine pasta using semolina and water, paired with an earthy tomato and basil sauce. A seafood medley with squid and mussels follows, then wrap things up with a vanilla panna cotta topped with berry coulis and chocolate. Book this pescatarian cooking class today!

Chef Emmanuelle’s teaching skills are exceptional—she explains each step clearly, keeps the class engaging, and makes even complex techniques feel approachable. Her passion for cooking really shines through, and she creates such a warm and welcoming environment for everyone.
The menu was absolutely delicious. The fiery scampi had the perfect balance of heat and flavor, and the seafood medley was fresh, beautifully prepared, and incredibly satisfying. We also loved learning how to make fettuccine pasta from scratch—it was such a fun and rewarding experience, and Chef guided us through it with patience and expertise. Every dish we made tasted like something from a high-end restaurant.
We would highly recommend this class to friends and anyone looking to sharpen their cooking skills while having a great time. We’re already looking forward to taking more classes with Chef Emmanuelle in the future!

10 out of 10 experience that I highly recommend! We attended the Italian class with the bruschetta, chicken marsala, mushroom risotto and tiramisu . The food was delicious and it was so fun cooking it! Emmanuelle was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave excellent cooking tips and we had leftovers! I will for sure be back for another lesson to learn a new cuisine!

Such a fun and unique experience! This was just for my partner and me, so we went to the chef’s studio/home. The space was incredibly inviting, clean, and well-kept.
Not only was the food absolutely perfect, but she really went out of her way to make the entire experience feel special. She took the time to explain the dishes, sat down and talked with us, and made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout the evening.
It was such a personal and memorable experience, and we’d absolutely recommend it to others. We left the with a new knowledge of not just vegan food, but upscale dishes and preparations.
Also very LGBTQIA+ friendly, which made us feel even more at ease and welcome!

We had a fantastic cooking experience with Chef Emma!! I’ve been cooking vegan meals for many years and was hoping to learn new techniques or tips as our family did this class - I was definitely not disappointed! She shared wonderful instruction on customizing the food to our liking, and she gave several suggestions for vegan ingredient staples to add to our pantry. To top it all off she created such a wonderful, relaxed environment for us to cook in and enjoy the experience. My kids especially felt encouraged to try some new customizations for their creations, and they both appreciated the tips she gave that apply not only to what we prepared, but to all cooking situations. We unanimously recommend taking a class with Chef Emma!!

We made bread and crepes. We learned how to make sure the pan used for the crepes was really hot by putting some oil in it and then using the end of a wooden spoon to see if the oil would try to fry the spoon. Once that happened it was ready for the crepe batter. It was a lot of fun and she was very engaging and helpful.

We had an amazing time learning to cook pasta! She taught us three ways press the pasta from the pasta machine, penne, and others. It was so fun! We even made tiramisu first and let that chill before the pasta making.
