We had an incredible experience in the cooking class with Chef Emmanuelle! Isabel, Annette, and Juan all left the class feeling inspired, full, and genuinely impressed. Chef Emmanuelleâ€™s teaching skills are exceptionalâ€”she explains each step clearly, keeps the class engaging, and makes even complex techniques feel approachable. Her passion for cooking really shines through, and she creates such a warm and welcoming environment for everyone. The menu was absolutely delicious. The fiery scampi had the perfect balance of heat and flavor, and the seafood medley was fresh, beautifully prepared, and incredibly satisfying. We also loved learning how to make fettuccine pasta from scratchâ€”it was such a fun and rewarding experience, and Chef guided us through it with patience and expertise. Every dish we made tasted like something from a high-end restaurant. We would highly recommend this class to friends and anyone looking to sharpen their cooking skills while having a great time. Weâ€™re already looking forward to taking more classes with Chef Emmanuelle in the future!

What a fun experience. Chef Chris taught us many techniques to make a successful pasta. We made a delicious bruschetta, Caesar salad with homemade dressing, Homemade croutons, Bolognese sauce to go with our pasta, which was simple and so delicious. Then topped it off with homemade gelato. If you want a fun Experience and learn several cooking techniques. I recommend Chef Chris.

10 out of 10 experience that I highly recommend! We attended the Italian class with the bruschetta, chicken marsala, mushroom risotto and tiramisu . The food was delicious and it was so fun cooking it! Emmanuelle was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave excellent cooking tips and we had leftovers! I will for sure be back for another lesson to learn a new cuisine!

5 Stars - A Truly Unforgettable Experience! I can't say enough great things about this cooking class! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and incredibly well-organized. We so enjoyed our evening with Jocelyn! She was so warm and friendly and we had a beautiful time. She was so helpful while teaching us and we learned some extra shortcuts to other items. She especially helped us with seasoning ideas and we fully plan to make this meal we learned often. Making the pasta from scratch was easier than we could have imagined! You cannot go wrong booking with this Chef!

Chef Thom was so warm and personable! He is a wonderful cook and made the recipes accessible for an average joe to replicate. His veal Marsala was delicious, tender and perfectly seasoned. He also knew my boyfriend was really interested in cooking so he gave him a ton of tips. On top of good food and cooking knowledge, chef Tom was such a pleasure to get to know. Fantastic company!

It was a decent class. However I learned only 3 things from it. The dough needs to spring back full for the noodles, basil should be shred not cut with a knife. And an super expensive device is needed to shred the dough into noodles. Dish was decent but shared cooking space kills the return on investment. I'd give cozymeal classes another shot but with lowered expectations on the learning. I suggest cozy make videos of the class to be attended to fill in the knowledge gap. Then attendees could come into class for the hands on experience. That would lessen the buyers remorse from the feeling that I could have just watched a YouTube video. That way when the Chef says "You dont have to go home, but you can't stay here" hits smoother and the class feels less rushed. Also it would be nice to have the recipes ingredients and measurements printed out on the table so it's less of a dump, fry and go experience.
