We so enjoyed our evening with Jocelyn! She was so warm and friendly and we had a beautiful time. She was so helpful while teaching us and we learned some extra shortcuts to other items. She especially helped us with seasoning ideas and we fully plan to make this meal we learned often. Making the pasta from scratch was easier than we could have imagined! You cannot go wrong booking with this Chef!

Words cannot describe how amazing our dinner and experience was tonight. Chef Joe was on time, extremely professional, extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We lucked out for sure! The food was amazing. It was more than I couldвЂ™ve hopped for and we will Definitely be having Chef Joe again!

Chef Thom was so warm and personable! He is a wonderful cook and made the recipes accessible for an average joe to replicate. His veal Marsala was delicious, tender and perfectly seasoned. He also knew my boyfriend was really interested in cooking so he gave him a ton of tips. On top of good food and cooking knowledge, chef Tom was such a pleasure to get to know. Fantastic company!

The Italian class was hands-on, engaging, and fun. The fresh homemade pasta was absolutely incredible. Chef Luna shared specific techniques and the origins of each dish we created. We all shared a delicious meal together at the chefs kitchen table!

It was not Chef Michael, but she was great! Seemed a tad rushed, maybe due to the large size of the class. She was friendly, and informative, and the food was delicious.

We absolutely LOVED this! Chef Loreanna was incredible. She was full of tips and tricks that will help us going forward, and was great at explaining every step along the way. The meal was delicious, and my girlfriend and I now want to book her for other meals!

Chef Loreanna was fantastic! She came to my house and walked my boyfriend and I though making a beautiful meal. She was patient and taught us a ton of tips. SheвЂ™s incredibly talented, and down to earth. Even her ingredients were top notch with eggs from her own chickens. Made for a fantastic date night. We are already planning our next class!

I enjoyed my time with Chef John. He was very pleasant, patient, and great at his craft. I enjoyed watching him demonstrate how to gently bathe scallops in butter. I was also amazed and how simple it is to make key lime pie but the best part about Chef John is how well balanced the flavors are together. I'd call him the zen of chefs - grounded and well balanced. No one ingredient overpowered the other rather they each complimented each other whether it be the cauliflower puree and scallops or the salmon with the root vegetables and pinot noir reduction.

Chef Natalia was a delight and the food was excellent. She encouraged everyone in the kitchen and was a patient teacher. The reason for the mediocre rating is related to setting and preparation - I think she may have started up too quickly without all the tools needed to support her business and the small number of learners (only 6 guests in total). For example, it would have been nice to 1) enjoy more space to work on the meal prep, 2) have seating for everyone there (only 4 counter stools), 3) have a dining table at which to enjoy the meal and socialize (rather than hovering around a small kitchen island with some standing and others too high on the stools), and 4) ensure everyone had real dishes and flatware, as well as enough of the specialized equipment to do the job well. I guess I was expecting the event to occur in a professional kitchen or similar setting, but it was in an unfurnished apartment which was not particularly easy to find and felt more than a little haphazard, in truth. For people who don't know Las Vegas, they may feel a little unsafe going that far from the strip. In short, the Chef, the other guests and the food were fantastic, however the setting and preparation was not.
