Learn to make elegant French fare in this exciting class.

Discover the showstopping tastes of France in this hands-on cooking class. Learn to make authentic dishes from a five-star professional chef in an interactive environment. Start with a hearty French onion soup. Next, prepare pan-roasted chicken with cognac sauce with a side of French beans tossed in lemon vinaigrette. End your class with a classic French vanilla crème brûlée for dessert.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

With two decades of experience in professional kitchens, he brings extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to his classes. Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
