Chef Jarrett is the absolute best! His cooking class was fun, informative and interactive. Not to mention the food is DELICIOUS and he left extra for us! He explained everything in detail, demonstrated, let us try our hand at it, and made it work perfectly for 4 people (and 2 pups). Plus he was very accommodating when we had to move things last minute due to my Dad being rushed to the hospital the night before our scheduled class - will forever appreciate how kind and understanding he was to move our booking last minute. Will 100% book with Chef Jarrett again! He is one of the good ones, our friends enjoyed t so much too, and that Sweet Fig and Burrata Crostini was mouth-watering delicious. Plus rolling out the pasta is just fun!

My wife and I really enjoyed our class with Chef Laura! I had tried to book this class in the past but it was cancelled due to Chef Laura's kitchen remodel, which turned out great. She was very gracious in trying to re-schedule our class and making it work for us. Although we couldn't make it work that time, we were finally able to attend her class and I'm glad we did. The food was excellent and we had tons of leftovers. And Chef Laura did a great job of explaining why she did things the way she did and answering all of our questions. Highly recommend!

This in-home experience exceeded expectations. Chef ShaSha exudes professionalism and industry knowledge. She was amazing and very patient with our 6 year old that joined in on the fun of making homemade pasta. The food turned out amazing and my wife and I learned so much about how pasta should taste versus what we were used to. We cannot recommend enough both this course and Chef ShaSha! Another class is definitely in our future!

Rachel was a fantastic teacher. She worked with me and my wife as part of the Fundamental Dessert Techniques course, which included preparation of panna cotta, cheesecake, and crГЁme brГ»lГ©e. Rachel was a patient and informative instructor, and allowed my wife and me to do all procedures ourselves, stepping in for occasional recommendations. She had a good balance of advising on technical specifics while also giving us room to do each step ourselves, even if we were imperfect at certain stages. All recipes were doable for non-professionals like us, tasted great, and generated reasonable dessert portion sizes for two people without having too much excess. Rachel brought nearly everything we needed, and coordinated with me a week in advance on what we would need and what she could bring, and nothing was missing when it came time to prepare the recipes. Rachel was parked near our complex before the appointment time, and came in right on time and was ready to go. She was patient as well while my wife and I were still getting our daughter settled in for the evening and switching off for the first 20 minutes or so. Everything was done within 2 hours on the dot, and that was with some recipes taking longer than planned in our oven. I would highly recommend this course if you are looking for an interesting date night, or have an anniversary or birthday/similar coming up for a partner who loves to cook/bake (or at least the idea of it!). Rachel was a pleasure to have in our home, and we look forward to taking one of her other classes sometime!

Chef Sha was absolutely amazing! I booked her for my one year anniversary, and tailored the menu to what I thought my boyfriend would enjoy. CHef Sha worked graciously with me to plan the perfect meal. She had prepared the most delicious Sicilian red sauce with sausage and beef braciole prior to coming to my apartment to make the rest of the meal. Once she arrived, we made caprese salad, lemon panna cotta, and the best part was the homemade fettucine!! She gave me and my boyfriend so many helpful tips in preparing food as well as presentation. I learned so much without feeling instructed. My boyfriend told me it was the best anniversary gift he has ever been given! Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone!!

I hired Chef Krong for my fiancГ© as a Christmas gift and it was so much fun! She is very polite, funny, inclusive and makes you feel good about learning how to cook! Even if you have someone who doesnвЂ™t really cook, chef Krong walks you through the entire process with patience and makes you feel like youвЂ™re cooking with a friend. She cooked three courses including the Laab Gai, Moo Pad Prik Thai Dam, Gaeng Massaman Gai, and Thai Sticky Rice w/ Mango. EVERYTHING was delicious and fun to make! We appreciated how she answered questions along the way and offered alternatives/suggestions for future cooking. She gave us tips on where to buy future ingredients & introduced us to different sauces and seasonings. We are definitely planning to hire her again and invite friends/family to join. Fantastic Chef and host. Delicious food. Great menu. Easy to follow instructions, useful kitchen tips, and a wonderful meal. Made new friends in class... and did I mention how good the food was? The chimmichurri was amazing flavor to accentuate everything else on our plates. Steaks were perfect. Empanadas were tasty. My Mother and enjoyed Chef LauraвЂ™s cooking class, last night. It was just my mother and I participating in Chef LauraвЂ™s gourmet kitchen. My husband and I received the pasta making class with Jason as a gift for our wedding anniversary. It was such an amazing experience! This is a 5 star experience. Laura is a fantastic chef, teacher and hostess. My wife and I had so much fun with her. Laura can teach you something about food if you're a beginner or an expert. She has an outstanding personality and hosts in her beautiful home and fabulously equipped kitchen. The food you will make is better than any 5 star restaurant in San Diego. If you want to have a blast..do this!!

Chef Stacy is great! Showed up right on time although it was raining heavily outside. Explained everything very thoroughly as she went along. The only negative thing I have to say is that I personally thought we would help doing more of the cooking, more hands on. ItвЂ™s not, she cooks everything and explains what and why sheвЂ™s doing, which is still great.

My husband and I learned so much from Chef Yapo about how to peel ginger (iвЂ™be been doing it the hard way for years), peel and chop garlic, and how to season fresh fish. Cooking was fun and didnвЂ™t feel like a chore. The menu he selected was delicious. We were both so proud of our time in the kitchen and canвЂ™t wait to do it again with our family and friends.

Chef Kim was great. She asked if we preferred to watch or if we wanted a hands on course. When we said hands on, she walked us through each step and let us do everything. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, because she left about 45 minutes early and we didn't get to the profiteroles or the gruyГЁre. We made a ton of Г©clairs and cream puffs though! She added a merengue option as a filling that I wasn't expecting, but I was bummed about missing the savory option. If you've never taken a pastry class this was a great first step. It's not like cooking where you can eyeball ingredients and cook and taste, cook more and taste again. You'll measure everything by weight or else it won't come together. Overall exciting class and amazing cream puffs and Г©clairs.

Chef Krong was amazing! She brought all the ingredients and plans as expected, was on time, and the food turned out great. Made for perfect valentines day because we had a great, intimate experience, delicious food, and no stressful preparation required. My wife and I both cook and we have experience in a range of cuisines. Chef Krong was great about swapping dishes we had already made allowing us to learn new recipes. The biggest standout for us was her descriptions of how to properly cut and use ingredients and demonstrations of the cues for what it looks like to move on to next steps. Would book again 100%.
