My family and I had the best time with Chef Supranee during our cooking class! She was so kind and welcoming and we immediately felt so comfortable talking and cooking with her! Thai food is something we have always wanted to learn how to cook and this class did not disappoint! We cooked 4 amazing dishes together and learned just how easy Thai food can be to make! All the food tasted incredible and I personally was obsessed with the panang curry! Don't hesitate to book a class with Chef Supranee! She is the best!!

Chef Krong was amazing to learn from! She came ready to hit the ground running, we were into prep and cooking in the first few minutes! She was incredibly warm and fun, and so easy to connect with. It felt more like cooking with a really talented and patient friend. The recipes were simple and delicious, and we feel confident we could make them again on our own with the techniques we picked up. It was also great to learn more about Thai ingredients we have been curious about!

Chef Krong was amazing! She was so great at guiding us through the process and teaching us about each dish. Every dish we prepared was 10/10! And we had a lot of fun and laughs during the entire experience. Definitely recommend her!!

I hired Chef Krong for my fiancГ© as a Christmas gift and it was so much fun! She is very polite, funny, inclusive and makes you feel good about learning how to cook! Even if you have someone who doesnвЂ™t really cook, chef Krong walks you through the entire process with patience and makes you feel like youвЂ™re cooking with a friend. She cooked three courses including the Laab Gai, Moo Pad Prik Thai Dam, Gaeng Massaman Gai, and Thai Sticky Rice w/ Mango. EVERYTHING was delicious and fun to make! We appreciated how she answered questions along the way and offered alternatives/suggestions for future cooking. She gave us tips on where to buy future ingredients & introduced us to different sauces and seasonings. We are definitely planning to hire her again and invite friends/family to join. Thanks again Chef !

Chef Jordan arrived right on time and with a little extra--he made a lovely fruit platter for us. We helped a bit but it was really fun to have someone cook our meal for us. The food was yummy and he was knowledgeable and friendly. A good time was had by all!

Jordan is an amazing person all the way around. The food we prepared was phenomenal. He taught us amazing recipes and skills in the kitchen. We did the class at his house (he will travel to you as well) and the view was incredible. Highly recommended for anyone and everyone.

My husband gifted me the Thai Cuisine Fundamentals class for our anniversary and we had such a great time! Before our class, Chef Jordan reached out about any food allergies and was kind enough to cater to my wheat and dairy restriction. Upon arriving at his beautiful home, Chef Jordan greeted us with a friendly smile and took us over to his kitchen where he had all of the ingredients displayed. He asked us what type of music we liked and I love listening to "French Cafe" songs while I cook so he turned it on for a relaxing mood. We made three dishes: Tom Kha Gai Soup, Thai Coconut Yellow Chicken Curry and Fresh Spring Rolls with a yummy Thai Peanut Sauce! Using fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch was so fun to make and eating it was so much better. You could really taste how fresh the ingredients were. Everything was loaded with flavor and pretty healthy, too! Chef Jordan did a great job teaching us knife skills and walking us through each recipe. One of the best things about the class was that we were able to eat A LOT! We made so much food that we were able to get second (even 3rd) helpings as well as pack some for the road. We brought a yummy Sauvignon Blanc with citrus notes that he recommended would pair well with the meal and it tasted great! He also took us on a mini tour of his garden to pick out fresh herbs for our spring rolls. Chef Jordan was very organized, friendly and professional and made good conversation throughout. Since it was just me and my husband, it was a very nice and intimate experience. He gave us the recipes to take home along with some grapefruit and passion fruit from his yard! We really enjoyed our time learning how to make this yummy 3-course meal. The next time we decide to do this again, IвЂ™d love to invite a bigger group with us to enjoy this fun experience! We had a great evening with Jordan. The Japanese food was delicious and Jordan did a fanstic job of involving us in the preparation. The lesson was a Christmas gift to my girlfriend and it was a huge hit. Especially appreciated Jordan taking the time to teach us knife techniques and the motivation behind his ingredients. CouldnвЂ™t recommend him more strongly for your next birthday gift or dinner party.

Chef Jessica Is a very straightforward cook. She uses simple recipes, good ingredients that anyone can employ once you learn. It's such an eye-opening class too because I don't get into the kitchen thinking, "Oh, I'll just make some thai food!" but now I can! Excellent chef, excellent class.

I cannot explain how much I loved his class. He's such a warm human being and is so PASSIONATE about what he does that it's infectious! I was making hand rolls, and laughing because I was actually doing it! I was actually making a sushi hand roll! What a great class and a GREAT teacher.

Chef Krong was amazing! She brought all the ingredients and plans as expected, was on time, and the food turned out great. Made for perfect valentines day because we had a great, intimate experience, delicious food, and no stressful preparation required. My wife and I both cook and we have experience in a range of cuisines. Chef Krong was great about swapping dishes we had already made allowing us to learn new recipes. The biggest standout for us was her descriptions of how to properly cut and use ingredients and demonstrations of the cues for what it looks like to move on to next steps. Would book again 100%.

Plus, every dish was so flavorful and delicious! And his home overlooking the lake is serene. He went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. Attending Chef Supranee's vegetarian Thai cooking class was an incredible experience! The hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived, her cozy home was a the perfect atmosphere for a cooking class. All ingredients were prepped and ready, and Chef Supranee explained each step clearly. All the dishes we prepared were absolutely delicious! We were pleasantly surprised with the generous leftover take-home boxes and extra ingredients provided. Additionally, we received detailed recipes to recreate the dishes at home, which added incredible value to the experience. This class exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to attending again in the future. Highly recommended!

Chef Supranee is a wonderful host and amazing teacher. She had everything organized and prepared for us to jump right in and begin cooking. She explained all the ingredients and flavors being used in our meal and it was delicious! She encouraged us to sample and adjust the flavors to our preferred spice or sweetness but her guidance was incredible and we enjoyed her recipes just as they were. We brought home all the leftovers to enjoy with our family and she even included the recipes so we can recreate all of the dishes we made. Highly recommend Chef Supranee, she is awesome!!
