My family and I had the best time with Chef Supranee during our cooking class! She was so kind and welcoming and we immediately felt so comfortable talking and cooking with her! Thai food is something we have always wanted to learn how to cook and this class did not disappoint! We cooked 4 amazing dishes together and learned just how easy Thai food can be to make! All the food tasted incredible and I personally was obsessed with the panang curry! Don't hesitate to book a class with Chef Supranee! She is the best!!

Chef ShaSha was super engaging and knowledgeable on different cooking topics. She made the class enjoyable and easy to follow and the deserts tasted delicious afterwards! Chef Krong was amazing to learn from! She came ready to hit the ground running, we were into prep and cooking in the first few minutes! She was incredibly warm and fun, and so easy to connect with. It felt more like cooking with a really talented and patient friend. The recipes were simple and delicious, and we feel confident we could make them again on our own with the techniques we picked up. It was also great to learn more about Thai ingredients we have been curious about!

Rachel was a fantastic teacher. She worked with me and my wife as part of the Fundamental Dessert Techniques course, which included preparation of panna cotta, cheesecake, and crГЁme brГ»lГ©e. Rachel was a patient and informative instructor, and allowed my wife and me to do all procedures ourselves, stepping in for occasional recommendations. She had a good balance of advising on technical specifics while also giving us room to do each step ourselves, even if we were imperfect at certain stages. All recipes were doable for non-professionals like us, tasted great, and generated reasonable dessert portion sizes for two people without having too much excess. Rachel brought nearly everything we needed, and coordinated with me a week in advance on what we would need and what she could bring, and nothing was missing when it came time to prepare the recipes. Rachel was parked near our complex before the appointment time, and came in right on time and was ready to go. She was patient as well while my wife and I were still getting our daughter settled in for the evening and switching off for the first 20 minutes or so. Everything was done within 2 hours on the dot, and that was with some recipes taking longer than planned in our oven. I would highly recommend this course if you are looking for an interesting date night, or have an anniversary or birthday/similar coming up for a partner who loves to cook/bake (or at least the idea of it!). Rachel was a pleasure to have in our home, and we look forward to taking one of her other classes sometime!

This was truly an amazing experience. My partner and I were lucky enough to have Jordan all to ourselves for our cooking class. We used all fresh ingredients and he showed us how easy it was to make a healthy flavorful meal. His welcoming attitude made us feel like we were right at home making our fresh pasta. The class experience was educational but most of all so much fun. We really enjoyed our time and look forward to learning other cuisines from Jordan

Our experience with Chef Jordan was amazing! From the food to the ambiance he has created an environment where you instantly feel at home and become inspired to get back in the kitchen. The food (grilling class) was so delicious and a great way to bond with family and friends as you prepare the courses together. My husband and I received the pasta making class with Jason as a gift for our wedding anniversary. It was such an amazing experience! We not only learned how to make pasta, but he taught us many other useful вЂњkitchen tricks.вЂќ Jason was very accommodating of food restrictions and dietary needs. I booked Chef Chris' class for my husband's birthday as a surprise and we both absolutely loved cooking with him. He was very professional throughout the entire class, shared numerous insightful tips and techniques along the way that we are excited to put into practice at home but most of all he was so humble. My husband and I went to Chef Jordan's house last night and we had such a great time! His place is right near Lake Cuyamaca and it was beautiful. My hubby and I purchased this experience as a Christmas gift for 3 of our grown children and their spouses (and us, of course :)). We loved every moment. Chef Stacy was very informative and WONDERFUL at her craft! We had a blast with her!!! I've been cooking all of my life and I learned several 'tricks of the trade'. Jordan is an amazing person all the way around. The food we prepared was phenomenal. He taught us amazing recipes and skills in the kitchen. We did the class at his house (he will travel to you as well) and the view was incredible. Highly recommended for anyone and everyone.

My husband gifted me the Thai Cuisine Fundamentals class for our anniversary and we had such a great time! Before our class, Chef Jordan reached out about any food allergies and was kind enough to cater to my wheat and dairy restriction. Upon arriving at his beautiful home, Chef Jordan greeted us with a friendly smile and took us over to his kitchen where he had all of the ingredients displayed. He asked us what type of music we liked and I love listening to "French Cafe" songs while I cook so he turned it on for a relaxing mood. We made three dishes: Tom Kha Gai Soup, Thai Coconut Yellow Chicken Curry and Fresh Spring Rolls with a yummy Thai Peanut Sauce! Using fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch was so fun to make and eating it was so much better. You could really taste how fresh the ingredients were. Everything was loaded with flavor and pretty healthy, too! Chef Jordan did a great job teaching us knife skills and walking us through each recipe. One of the best things about the class was that we were able to eat A LOT! We made so much food that we were able to get second (even 3rd) helpings as well as pack some for the road. We brought a yummy Sauvignon Blanc with citrus notes that he recommended would pair well with the meal and it tasted great! He also took us on a mini tour of his garden to pick out fresh herbs for our spring rolls. Chef Jordan was very organized, friendly and professional and made good conversation throughout. Since it was just me and my husband, it was a very nice and intimate experience. He gave us the recipes to take home along with some grapefruit and passion fruit from his yard! We really enjoyed our time learning how to make this yummy 3-course meal. The next time we decide to do this again, IвЂ™d love to invite a bigger group with us to enjoy this fun experience! This was such a great experience! Fabio had extensive knowledge of Italy and told us of some places to check out when we finally travel there. At first, I didn't expect it to be an at-home thing, but that ended up being wonderful in that it made me feel I could re-create this meal. Let me tell you, I cannot believe the amazing flavors of the sauce we made, the texture of the freshly from scratch pasta... and a dessert I cannot wait to make again! I highly recommend this service and Fabio specifically. VERY happy we did this.

Chef Supranee is a wonderful host and amazing teacher. She had everything organized and prepared for us to jump right in and begin cooking. She explained all the ingredients and flavors being used in our meal and it was delicious! She encouraged us to sample and adjust the flavors to our preferred spice or sweetness but her guidance was incredible and we enjoyed her recipes just as they were. We brought home all the leftovers to enjoy with our family and she even included the recipes so we can recreate all of the dishes we made. Highly recommend Chef Supranee, she is awesome!!
