Our experience with Chef Jordan was a perfect blend of a fine culinary session and back yard bbq. We kicked things off with a special cacao opener. We learned useful prep techniques, enjoyed 3 courses of organic and responsibly sourced food, garden fresh herbs, and specially made sauces. We enjoyed steak frites with a lakeside sunset view and finished with a wonderous dessert with surprising ingredients. It was an evening full of music, clean upper scale food, useful information, great conversation, and generous left overs. Truly elevating!

My wife and I really enjoyed our class with Chef Laura! I had tried to book this class in the past but it was cancelled due to Chef Laura's kitchen remodel, which turned out great. She was very gracious in trying to re-schedule our class and making it work for us. Although we couldn't make it work that time, we were finally able to attend her class and I'm glad we did. The food was excellent and we had tons of leftovers. And Chef Laura did a great job of explaining why she did things the way she did and answering all of our questions. Highly recommend!

This in-home experience exceeded expectations. Chef ShaSha exudes professionalism and industry knowledge. She was amazing and very patient with our 6 year old that joined in on the fun of making homemade pasta. The food turned out amazing and my wife and I learned so much about how pasta should taste versus what we were used to. We cannot recommend enough both this course and Chef ShaSha! Another class is definitely in our future!

Chef Sha was absolutely amazing! I booked her for my one year anniversary, and tailored the menu to what I thought my boyfriend would enjoy. CHef Sha worked graciously with me to plan the perfect meal. She had prepared the most delicious Sicilian red sauce with sausage and beef braciole prior to coming to my apartment to make the rest of the meal. Once she arrived, we made caprese salad, lemon panna cotta, and the best part was the homemade fettucine!! She gave me and my boyfriend so many helpful tips in preparing food as well as presentation. I learned so much without feeling instructed. My boyfriend told me it was the best anniversary gift he has ever been given! Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone!!

Chef ShaSha was amazing! I purchased a private, in home cooking class for my parents as a (Mother's Day and dad's birthday) present. It was a wonderful experience. They made ravioli from scratch and Chef ShaSha brought all the supplies and ingredients. She was a patient teacher, allowing my family to participate as much or as little as they liked. My parents made a last minute addition, inviting two other guests and Chef ShaSha was most accommodating. She called ahead of time to make sure that the menu was everything we wanted and finalized details assuring us that everything was on track and ready to go. A relief for someone trying to coordinate from a few states away. I will be calling her again!

Absolutely fantastic! The food was amazing and ShaSha was a wonderful and patient teacher. She really took the time to explain things to us and show us how thoughtfully food could be made. We went from hardly cooking to make a three course meal (including from scratch pasta). It was a delight having her in our home!

Excellent class and very enjoyable! I was 5 minutes late for the class which is terrible but Laura made me feel quite comfortable and everything was just great! Although I'm not a chef I have home cooking experience and I watch a lot of cooking shows and this was my first class and I learned a few things so looking forward to the next one!

Our experience with Chef Jordan was amazing! From the food to the ambiance he has created an environment where you instantly feel at home and become inspired to get back in the kitchen. The food (grilling class) was so delicious and a great way to bond with family and friends as you prepare the courses together. Fantastic Chef and host. Delicious food. Great menu. Easy to follow instructions, useful kitchen tips, and a wonderful meal. Made new friends in class... and did I mention how good the food was? The chimmichurri was amazing flavor to accentuate everything else on our plates. Steaks were perfect. Empanadas were tasty. Highly recommend Chef Laura, and look forward to attending more of her classes.

I booked Chef Chris' class for my husband's birthday as a surprise and we both absolutely loved cooking with him. He was very professional throughout the entire class, shared numerous insightful tips and techniques along the way that we are excited to put into practice at home but most of all he was so humble. Chef Jordan arrived right on time and with a little extra--he made a lovely fruit platter for us. We helped a bit but it was really fun to have someone cook our meal for us. The food was yummy and he was knowledgeable and friendly. A good time was had by all!

What an amazing experience! Chef Michael really knows his stuff and was happy to share his knowledge, experience and humor. The food was delicious, and going into this with little cooking skills I feel like my ability to make a delicious meal in the kitchen has been vastly improved. We had a great evening with Jordan. The Japanese food was delicious and Jordan did a fanstic job of involving us in the preparation. The lesson was a Christmas gift to my girlfriend and it was a huge hit. Especially appreciated Jordan taking the time to teach us knife techniques and the motivation behind his ingredients. Chef Fabrice: 5/5 Personality: very straight forward and funny, has a lot of great stories from his professional cooking days and what his life is like now. Makes for a great dinner ambiance. Teaching: very descriptive about each and every step. Explains the importance of whatever technique he is using for each task. Example: using vinegar when boiling an egg helps peel the shell a lot more easily. Professionalism: even when he's talking about different stories he knows how to stay focused on the task at hand, which translates to a fun and entertaining experience all while making the food perfectly. There's nothing to say about the food because there's nothing that needs to be said. The man cooked along side Jacques Maximin! If that's not enough spark your interest in his food i don't know what to tell you. But if you want something food wise. His Cavillion Soup was ELECTRIC. Definitely gonna repeat that in the future. Verdict: you have to try him out. The man has been in the business since he was 16. Trained in France among the best. Cheers Chef!
