Professional, thorough and knowledgeable, we had a great time preparing our meal with Laura. The food was delicious and her kitchen was spotless with breathtaking views on a valley. I highly recommend Laura for your next cooking class!

My Mother and enjoyed Chef LauraвЂ™s cooking class, last night. It was just my mother and I participating in Chef LauraвЂ™s gourmet kitchen. Her skills, kindness, and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. The food (which my Mum and I prepared, with her direction) was out of this world AMAZING! We learned so much and had so much fun. Chef Laura truly made this experience extremely enjoyable. Not only do I highly recommend her, but this wonвЂ™t be the last time that I take a class with her. Anyone who is graced with her presence and has the opportunity to learn from her is lucky! Thank you, Chef Laura!

Thank you Chef Jordan and company for the fun night! We greatly appreciate your patience with our rowdy group..... valuable knife skills were learned and we were able to participate in creating a wonderful meal from the most fresh and amazing ingredients. This is a 5 star experience. Laura is a fantastic chef, teacher and hostess. My wife and I had so much fun with her. Laura can teach you something about food if you're a beginner or an expert. She has an outstanding personality and hosts in her beautiful home and fabulously equipped kitchen. The food you will make is better than any 5 star restaurant in San Diego. If you want to have a blast..do this!!

Chef Jordan is a good teacher, patient, made the cooking experience fun and the lessons reusable. We would definitely have him again. He brought plenty of food. He was informative on food and spices. The sauces were delicious and beautifully presented. We celebrated my son's birthday with this cooking lesson. We had a blast!

Chef Kim was great. She asked if we preferred to watch or if we wanted a hands on course. When we said hands on, she walked us through each step and let us do everything. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, because she left about 45 minutes early and we didn't get to the profiteroles or the gruyГЁre. We made a ton of Г©clairs and cream puffs though! She added a merengue option as a filling that I wasn't expecting, but I was bummed about missing the savory option. If you've never taken a pastry class this was a great first step. It's not like cooking where you can eyeball ingredients and cook and taste, cook more and taste again. You'll measure everything by weight or else it won't come together. Overall exciting class and amazing cream puffs and Г©clairs.

Chef Kim is experienced, knowledgeable, and so sweet. She knows what she's doing and can tell you exactly why it all works together but if you just want to come in and learn how to make AMAZING light and delicious cream puffs you can with this class.

Rachel arrived right on time and we started cooking. It was a really enjoyable experience and we will do it again. I learned some new techniques for preparing chicken and got a little comfortable with frying with hot oil. The meal turned out great and it was delicious.
