What You’ll Do

Working as a team is the best way to emphasize the essence of French cooking.

In this hands-on team building activity, Chef Jordan W. demonstrates the techniques needed to draw out the essence of French cuisine with your colleagues. Rekindle team spirit as well as deepen your connection with food.

You and your team will begin by working together to construct a classic French wild mushroom risotto with notes of white wine, fresh Parmesan and lemon zest. An authentic French countryside dish of baked local vegetables will form the ratatouille to side your pan-seared local whitefish meuniГЁre. Lastly, your team will whip up a silky mousse tart brightened with lemon to showcase the essence of the regional flavors while marveling the lake-views of Chef's home.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We greatly appreciate your patience with our rowdy group..... valuable knife skills were learned and we were able to participate in creating a wonderful meal from the most fresh and amazing ingredients. It was an unforgettable experience! The menu was not only delicious but also a perfect balance of fresh, vibrant flavors.
