Me and my girlfriend celebrated our anniversary with Chef Jordan! It was a super fun experience! His home was clean and cozy, and he really made us feel more comfortable in the kitchen! We had basically no experience with cooking and we really got the opportunity to learn more! He was professional and kind, and the food was healthy, fresh and amazing! We even got to take the extra food home and it kept us fed for almost a week! Chef Jordan was also more than helpful when it came to directions and helping me find a place to stay in the area. I would highly recommend him and this course! He himself was plant-based as well, so it was really nice to connect with a plant-based chef!

I booked Chef Chris' class for my husband's birthday as a surprise and we both absolutely loved cooking with him. He was very professional throughout the entire class, shared numerous insightful tips and techniques along the way that we are excited to put into practice at home but most of all he was so humble. Learning from someone with an incredible amount of experience who patiently answered our many questions and encouraged us to be hands on made the day that much more enjoyable. Chef Jordan completely exceeded our expectations for this class. My girlfriend and I have taken a few cooking classes before but never with a chef so passionate about their food. We took the plant based class and as a non vegan I was blown away by how much depth of flavor every dish had. Chef Jordan was involved but let us do a lot of the work, the balance was perfect. The location was gorgeous I mean a lunch overlooking a beautiful lake? It felt like we were on a vacation. The class is something she and I will always look back on as a wonderful shared experience. If youвЂ™re considering taking a class from chef Jordan, donвЂ™t wait any longer you wonвЂ™t be disappointed.

This was so fun! I bought this for my husband for our anniversary. Chef Nick was great and taught us so much in our kitchen that we'll be able to use daily. We'd definitely have him back and it's perfect for parents with kids вЂ“ put the kids down and do something fun in your house without paying for a babysitter.

Chef Nik just left our house and we are so full and keep talking about what a wonderful experience that was. He is a fabulous instructor. My husband and 20-year-old twins all loved the entire experience and we all learned something. He really took the time to teach each of us where we are. He exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to making this meal again (and again) and implementing all that we have learned.

Chef Nik came to our house yesterday evening and worked with my husband, 11-year old son, and me to cook a great Mediterranean meal. We each had our own favorite courses: I loved the Greek Maroulosalata, my son liked the Chicken Provencal - even the olives!, and my husband was a huge fan of the Patatas Bravas. We all appreciated the Cannoli Crepes! We cook regularly but still learned new knife skills, when to not measure spices and herbs, how to "shimmy" roasting tomatoes, and so on. Nik also gave us new ideas for products we can buy to address some of the challenges we've run into while cooking. He was great about including our son in every part of the process too. We highly recommend a lesson with Chef Nik and will be looking for other lessons we can take with him!

This was our first experience with Cozymeal or any similar service. We had 4 people in celebration of Mother's Day and it was amazing. Loved our time with Chef Nick. He is well versed in his craft and kind, communicative, patient and fun too. It was a joy to work with him and I would definitely 10/10 recommend this experience in your home.

Absolute 5 star experience. Was looking for a fun activity to share with my daughter. We enjoy cooking together so this seemed like a good fit. Chef Nicholas was fantastic. We enjoyed his professionalism and found his tips really useful. To top it off the Mediterranean menu was great and the food was delicious. Chef Nicholas took his time to teach us proper set up вЂњmise en placeвЂќ, efficient ways to cut and cooking techniques. Chef Nicholas did the clean up so we could enjoy the wonderful meal. He joined us for dessert and we shared several laughs. Would definitely book again!

The Plant-Based Farm to Fork Meal was AMAZING! Thank you Jordan! We enjoyed learning how "made from scratch" recipes like Bean Burgers, Pasta and Ice Cream that are actually healthy! We already made our own cashew milk coffee creamer. We feel like we graduated to another level of embracing our plant-based lifestyle. No more frozen vegan junk food for us! We had SO much fun with Jordan for the Plant Based Farm to Fork class! The ingredients were so fresh, the recipes turned out incredible and Jordan is an absolute delight to spend time with! We also were SO appreciative that he offers vegan/plant-based cooking classes, as these are hard to find despite the fact that plant-based cuisine is growing so much in popularity for so many reasons. Our experience with Chef Fabrice was beyond excellent! Not only was the food delicious, but his cooking process was extremely engaging. We loved that he invited his lovely wife into the kitchen, which made our experience even more personal. He made sure to explain everything in detail- from what he was doing and why to where he purchased his produce from. His kindness in accommodating us and answering all our silly questions will not be forgotten and his is attention to detail will definitely have us back!

How often do you have the opportunity to watch a pro chef prepare 3 dishes from scratch right in front of your eyes and learn in the process! This is exciting, cool, different and something unique!

Despite the glowing reviews, our night with Chef Jordan was a little disappointing. We werenвЂ™t offered any cruditГ©s with hummus as shown in the menu, and weвЂ™d have been a lot happier if weвЂ™d been able to help more with the cooking. He showed us how to chop the vegetables and then left us to do it rather than correct our errors, and we helped with the pasta machine, but we werenвЂ™t involved at all in the desert, which wasnвЂ™t even the same desert that was advertised. We werenвЂ™t even offered aprons, which seems basic, though from the little cooking we did, they werenвЂ™t really necessary. Chef Jordan was pleasant but lacked enthusiasm. My sister remarked that it felt like weвЂ™d been invited to someoneвЂ™s house for an okay dinner, but that it was obvious that the host didnвЂ™t really want us to be there. That is exactly how it felt! ItвЂ™s a shame, and the food we did have was nice. It was just far, far too much money for a subpar experience.
