Cooking Class - Classic Regional Mediterranean Favorites

This was so fun! I bought this for my husband for our anniversary. Chef Nick was great and taught us so much in our kitchen that we'll be able to use daily. We'd definitely have him back and it's perfect for parents with kids – put the kids down and do something fun in your house without paying for a babysitter.

Chef Nik just left our house and we are so full and keep talking about what a wonderful experience that was. He is a fabulous instructor. My husband and 20-year-old twins all loved the entire experience and we all learned something. He really took the time to teach each of us where we are. He exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to making this meal again (and again) and implementing all that we have learned.

Chef Nik came to our house yesterday evening and worked with my husband, 11-year old son, and me to cook a great Mediterranean meal. We each had our own favorite courses: I loved the Greek Maroulosalata, my son liked the Chicken Provencal - even the olives!, and my husband was a huge fan of the Patatas Bravas. We all appreciated the Cannoli Crepes! We cook regularly but still learned new knife skills, when to not measure spices and herbs, how to "shimmy" roasting tomatoes, and so on. Nik also gave us new ideas for products we can buy to address some of the challenges we've run into while cooking. He was great about including our son in every part of the process too. We highly recommend a lesson with Chef Nik and will be looking for other lessons we can take with him!

This was our first experience with Cozymeal or any similar service. We had 4 people in celebration of Mother's Day and it was amazing. Loved our time with Chef Nick. He is well versed in his craft and kind, communicative, patient and fun too. It was a joy to work with him and I would definitely 10/10 recommend this experience in your home.

Absolute 5 star experience. Was looking for a fun activity to share with my daughter. We enjoy cooking together so this seemed like a good fit. Chef Nicholas was fantastic. We enjoyed his professionalism and found his tips really useful. To top it off the Mediterranean menu was great and the food was delicious. Chef Nicholas took his time to teach us proper set up “mise en place”, efficient ways to cut and cooking techniques. Chef Nicholas did the clean up so we could enjoy the wonderful meal. He joined us for dessert and we shared several laughs. Would definitely book again!

Chef Nicolas was great. Dinner was superb! Enjoyed his description of each course. The fish and vegetables were amazing. Cooked to perfection! To finish the dinner with incredible Flan was a delectable ending to a wonderful experience and fabulous memory!!

Chef Nicholas made our evening so special for my father-in-law’s 80th birthday. He cooked him a special addition to his meal, came prepared with additional Ingredients, was so kind and professional and the food was DELICIOUS. It was an absolutely perfect evening! We had an amazing time! Having a chef come into your home has normally been a comfort reserved for the ultra wealthy, and Cozy Meal has made this experience accessible for everyone! Chef Nicolas was very knowledgeable, brought his own flare and style to the dishes, and he even cleaned the entire kitchen after we finished, leaving it looking brand new. Chef Nick was awesome! He came over for a Valentine’s Day cooking class for my girlfriend and me. He was super accommodating for dietary restrictions and substituted delicious vegetarian options. He’s personable, friendly, had a great sense of humor, and was a great/patient teacher. Every dish was amazing. Would definitely recommend if you’re interested in a class or personal chef services!
