Me and my girlfriend celebrated our anniversary with Chef Jordan! It was a super fun experience! His home was clean and cozy, and he really made us feel more comfortable in the kitchen! We had basically no experience with cooking and we really got the opportunity to learn more! He was professional and kind, and the food was healthy, fresh and amazing! We even got to take the extra food home and it kept us fed for almost a week! Chef Jordan was also more than helpful when it came to directions and helping me find a place to stay in the area. I would highly recommend him and this course! He himself was plant-based as well, so it was really nice to connect with a plant-based chef!

Chef Bailey is a powerhouse. Full of energy and good ideas she is someone who is passionate about healthy food, clean eating and creating good food for people who can't eat just anything. If you're gluten free, do yourself a favor and take her class!

Plus, every dish was so flavorful and delicious! And his home overlooking the lake is serene. He went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. Attending Chef Supranee's vegetarian Thai cooking class was an incredible experience! The hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived, her cozy home was a the perfect atmosphere for a cooking class. All ingredients were prepped and ready, and Chef Supranee explained each step clearly. All the dishes we prepared were absolutely delicious! We were pleasantly surprised with the generous leftover take-home boxes and extra ingredients provided. Additionally, we received detailed recipes to recreate the dishes at home, which added incredible value to the experience. This class exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to attending again in the future. Highly recommended!

5 star experience. I went with a friend. Jordan invited us into his home where he taught us knife skills and then put us to work chopping and dicing ingredients for our meal. I was delighted to learn how to use different types of mushrooms. The meal turned out scrumptious and was followed by a ceremonial cacao drink with a wonderfully tasty dessert. All gluten and dairy free. Chef Jordan is a great teacher and very personable. We both enjoyed our experience and time spent cooking together.

Chef Jordan completely exceeded our expectations for this class. My girlfriend and I have taken a few cooking classes before but never with a chef so passionate about their food. We took the plant based class and as a non vegan I was blown away by how much depth of flavor every dish had. Chef Jordan was involved but let us do a lot of the work, the balance was perfect. The location was gorgeous I mean a lunch overlooking a beautiful lake? It felt like we were on a vacation. The class is something she and I will always look back on as a wonderful shared experience. If youвЂ™re considering taking a class from chef Jordan, donвЂ™t wait any longer you wonвЂ™t be disappointed.

I gifted this cooking class to my partner for Christmas and we both had such a lovely time! Jordan's home is very clean and comfortable with a great balcony and view of the nearby lake. He was very professional and made it a fun and interactive cooking experience. We did the 'Cooking with Mushrooms' course and made soup, lasagna, and the most amazing ceremonial cacao. He had already prepared the cheesecake and sent us home with so many leftovers. We are already talking about making these recipes for our friends and family. Would recommend making a day trip out of it - we hiked Stonewall Peak and made a quick trip to Julian to visit the famous Julian Pie Company before the cooking class. Highly recommend this experience - Jordan was the perfect host and teacher.

My girlfriend Molly and I took an Indian cooking class with Chef Jordan and we loved it! We werenвЂ™t sure how it would be going into someone elseвЂ™s home for the class but Jordan made it super comfortable and had great energy. We learned so much about spices, prepping methods, and ways to cook it was super interesting and fun. The food was unbelievably good. Chef Jordan is very knowledgeable, engaging, and just downright pleasant to be around. I walked away with new tricks to build upon in my relatively new venture in plant based cooking. The Plant-Based Farm to Fork Meal was AMAZING! Thank you Jordan! We enjoyed learning how "made from scratch" recipes like Bean Burgers, Pasta and Ice Cream that are actually healthy! We already made our own cashew milk coffee creamer. We feel like we graduated to another level of embracing our plant-based lifestyle. No more frozen vegan junk food for us! My wife and I had a delightful afternoon and evening preparing an entire meal with Chef Kristin. We learned so much about gluten free flours and new, more efficient ways to cut up vegetables.
