In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Jordan has prepared an incredible four-course, plant-based menu for you to create using herbs, vegetables, citrus and produce from his very own culinary garden.

As you work your way through the menu, Chef Jordan will highlight certain superfoods, herbs and spices that have the capacity to heal the body. This class is geared toward not only vegans and vegetarians, but any individual looking to become healthier and interested in transforming common ingredients into enticing meals that heal. Many ingredients used in this class are organic, non-GMO and local.

This class is held in a venue featuring a beautiful lakeside view.

My friends and I enjoyed celebrating my birthday with Chef Jordan. It was the perfect amount of cooking while also enjoying our time with one another. I loved his philosophy of food as medicine and at the end he made us this delicious chocolate ice cream.

Chef Jordan completely exceeded our expectations for this class. My girlfriend and I have taken a few cooking classes before but never with a chef so passionate about their food. We took the plant based class and as a non vegan I was blown away by how much depth of flavor every dish had. Chef Jordan was involved but let us do a lot of the work, the balance was perfect. The location was gorgeous I mean a lunch overlooking a beautiful lake? It felt like we were on a vacation. The class is something she and I will always look back on as a wonderful shared experience. If you’re considering taking a class from chef Jordan, don’t wait any longer you won’t be disappointed.

Chef Jordan was AMAZING! He as very thoughtful and engaging with us during our time together. His instructions were very easy to follow and the food we prepared was spectacular. I would highly recommend Chef Jordan to anyone who wants to enjoy preparing amazing food while having great conversation!
