We had a great time with Chef Stacy! She was personable, flexible, and very adaptable to our unique dietary concerns and making the menu the best fit for our situation. Chef Stacy was prepared, informative and very relaxed as she guided us through our Galentine’s Day Menu. We had a lot of fun and the brunch was scrumptious! I learned how to make a frittata, yay! And the sauce for the French toast was to die for. Thx chef Stacy!!

Excellent class and amazing teacher!! This is a super fun activity in a rainy winter day! No need to go anywhere and a delicious outcome! I surprised my husband with a birthday gift and invite our son and his girlfriend who is away at college to join! I’m pretty sure I’m going to start a trend here!!
