Learn how to recreate some of your favorite Indian food dishes.

Chef Jordan brings his years of cooking experience and love of flavor to this engaging class on Indian cooking where you’ll be introduced to new culinary techniques and have a great learning experience under the guidance of an experienced chef.

Learn how to make fire-seared crispy tandoori eggplant finished with a cilantro-cashew crust, and roast cauliflower to perfection with curry spices. You'll also master side dishes using fresh spices, and whip up homemade sweet mango-coconut white quinoa for dessert. Many ingredients used in this class are organic, non-GMO and local.

This class is held in a venue featuring a beautiful lakeside view.
