There's a selection of hearty Italian specialties waiting for you in this exciting interactive cooking class. Chef Fabio enters the kitchen to share wisdom and demonstrate how to create your own fabulous Old World fare.

Begin by assembling a charcuterie selection featuring dips and seasonal fruits before learning how to make your own hand-crafted pasta and sauce selections. Then, practice your baking technique by whipping up a creamy panna cotta for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
