Learn how to craft a series of dishes from various regions in Asia.

Get familiar with a selection of authentic Asian dishes in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Adina will guide you through crafting this flavorful menu, sharing tips and teaching techniques along the way.

Begin by learning how to craft crispy polenta piled high with garlicky bok choy and topped with aromatic honey teriyaki shrimp. Next, get a perfect sear on an ahi tuna steak crusted with sesame seeds. On the side, whip up tender rice infused with sesame oil before finishing with a popular Japanese dessert: sweet and perfectly fluffy soufflГ© pancakes.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
