Build real sushi skills in this beginner-friendly cooking class with Chef Krong. You’ll start with the foundation of every great roll: perfectly seasoned sushi rice with the right sticky texture. Then, learn simple slicing techniques for prepping fresh ingredients like fish and vegetables for sushi-making.
Once you’re ready to roll, you’ll assemble a classic California roll with crab sticks, avocado and cucumber, then switch it up with a creamy vegetable roll featuring avocado, cucumber and cream cheese. Wrap, roll, slice and enjoy your homemade sushi, then leave with techniques you can use again anytime.
Beverages are available for purchase to enhance your experience. Guests must be 21+ to attend.
