Team Building Activity - Handmade Sushi Rolls - Orange County

Work as a team to create a colorful, handmade sushi feast with Chef Krong.
In this hands-on team building cooking class, Chef Krong will join your team at your venue to create colorful sushi from scratch. The chef will guide your team while practicing the techniques to fill and shape beautiful, handmade sushi rolls.
Aromatic garlic and soy elevate edamame for a simple appetizer before creating your fresh sushi rolls. You'll learn how to create sushi rolls from a choice of tuna, California, or vegetable fillings, while gaining insights into knife skills. Finish the meal with a beloved Japanese treat of sweet red bean mochi rice cakes.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
