My family and I had the best time with Chef Supranee during our cooking class! She was so kind and welcoming and we immediately felt so comfortable talking and cooking with her! Thai food is something we have always wanted to learn how to cook and this class did not disappoint! We cooked 4 amazing dishes together and learned just how easy Thai food can be to make! All the food tasted incredible and I personally was obsessed with the panang curry! Don't hesitate to book a class with Chef Supranee! She is the best!!

Loved the true food-as-medicine approaches she made Especially for my 9 year old to hear that real food is the best! She lead us to delicious food making and made the whole experience so fun by incorporating portions of her garden, stories of her life and bringing adaptability of our new world in. Such a great class!

We did a great pasta dish and it was nice to meet Marty. SheвЂ™s a great chef and definitely makes people get to know each other ? Thank you for a great evening. This definitely makes me want to cook pasta ? Before the class we changed the dish into regular pasta instead of stuffed pasta which was good to learn and I still would have liked to learn the stuffed one as well.

Chef Stacy is great! Showed up right on time although it was raining heavily outside. Explained everything very thoroughly as she went along. The only negative thing I have to say is that I personally thought we would help doing more of the cooking, more hands on. ItвЂ™s not, she cooks everything and explains what and why sheвЂ™s doing, which is still great.

My hubby and I purchased this experience as a Christmas gift for 3 of our grown children and their spouses (and us, of course :)). We loved every moment. Chef Stacy was very informative and WONDERFUL at her craft! We had a blast with her!!! I've been cooking all of my life and I learned several 'tricks of the trade'. I would HIGHLY recommend her....and her cooking class! Love Love Love!

Chef Fabrice: 5/5 Personality: very straight forward and funny, has a lot of great stories from his professional cooking days and what his life is like now. Makes for a great dinner ambiance. Teaching: very descriptive about each and every step. Explains the importance of whatever technique he is using for each task. Example: using vinegar when boiling an egg helps peel the shell a lot more easily. Professionalism: even when he's talking about different stories he knows how to stay focused on the task at hand, which translates to a fun and entertaining experience all while making the food perfectly. There's nothing to say about the food because there's nothing that needs to be said. The man cooked along side Jacques Maximin! If that's not enough spark your interest in his food i don't know what to tell you. But if you want something food wise. His Cavillion Soup was ELECTRIC. Definitely gonna repeat that in the future. Verdict: you have to try him out. The man has been in the business since he was 16. Trained in France among the best. Cheers Chef! Chef Kim was great. She asked if we preferred to watch or if we wanted a hands on course. When we said hands on, she walked us through each step and let us do everything. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, because she left about 45 minutes early and we didn't get to the profiteroles or the gruyГЁre. We made a ton of Г©clairs and cream puffs though! She added a merengue option as a filling that I wasn't expecting, but I was bummed about missing the savory option. If you've never taken a pastry class this was a great first step. It's not like cooking where you can eyeball ingredients and cook and taste, cook more and taste again. You'll measure everything by weight or else it won't come together. Overall exciting class and amazing cream puffs and Г©clairs.

Absolutely LOVED Chef Mary, she made me feel so comfortable in the kitchen and blew my mind when it came time to make sourdough bread. Soft, tangy, chewy--everything sourdough should be and I can make it at home now! How exciting! Bread has always intimidated me and it never seemed to come out right so I've been "forced" in the past to use a bread machine. I know, I know, I'm ashamed as well. But now I don't have to! I love how down-to-earth Mary is and how approachable her cooking is. Take her class, you won't be disappointed.

Chef Jessica Is a very straightforward cook. She uses simple recipes, good ingredients that anyone can employ once you learn. It's such an eye-opening class too because I don't get into the kitchen thinking, "Oh, I'll just make some thai food!" but now I can! Excellent chef, excellent class.

Chef Kim is experienced, knowledgeable, and so sweet. She knows what she's doing and can tell you exactly why it all works together but if you just want to come in and learn how to make AMAZING light and delicious cream puffs you can with this class.

This guy's ceviche is out of this world. It's a different take on something I've had before and I had no idea it could be so delicious and so good. The corn in that menu is an ingredient I never would have been exposed to any other way and I can't get it out of my head. Let him teach you how to make it, you won't be sorry.

This girl is the best! My time with her was so pleasant and delicious! Sweet and kind, this girl can cook! Take her class! She'll teach you her food-yoda ways, there is no try, just make great food!

Chef Bailey is a powerhouse. Full of energy and good ideas she is someone who is passionate about healthy food, clean eating and creating good food for people who can't eat just anything. If you're gluten free, do yourself a favor and take her class!

This girl is my absolute favorite! She is incredibly real and inspiring, loves food, loves people, loves her family. On top of that her food is so delicious, I was just supposed to try a bite at one point and I almost licked the plate. If you never do another class do her class. She's amazing.

Chef Kari is real down-home cooking in all the best ways: yummy, approachable, and delicious. She is a real chef--she's on top of everything in the kitchen and can teach anyone a whole lot. I really enjoyed my time with her and eating the dishes was the best part! Wonderful class, I'd take class after class from her any day.

I cannot explain how much I loved his class. He's such a warm human being and is so PASSIONATE about what he does that it's infectious! I was making hand rolls, and laughing because I was actually doing it! I was actually making a sushi hand roll! What a great class and a GREAT teacher.

Chef Fabrice...Wow. What a joy to watch just like five feet from me. He really is the real-deal french chef. Very personable and you can tell he loves, really loves food and the work that he does. Learning from him was such a treat, I was in awe at his knife skills and I really enjoyed learning from him.

This was such a great experience! Fabio had extensive knowledge of Italy and told us of some places to check out when we finally travel there. At first, I didn't expect it to be an at-home thing, but that ended up being wonderful in that it made me feel I could re-create this meal. Let me tell you, I cannot believe the amazing flavors of the sauce we made, the texture of the freshly from scratch pasta... and a dessert I cannot wait to make again! I highly recommend this service and Fabio specifically. VERY happy we did this.

Chef Supranee is a wonderful host and amazing teacher. She had everything organized and prepared for us to jump right in and begin cooking. She explained all the ingredients and flavors being used in our meal and it was delicious! She encouraged us to sample and adjust the flavors to our preferred spice or sweetness but her guidance was incredible and we enjoyed her recipes just as they were. We brought home all the leftovers to enjoy with our family and she even included the recipes so we can recreate all of the dishes we made. Highly recommend Chef Supranee, she is awesome!!
