Everything was great! It was a little intense sometimes with some of the chefs. They wanted everything to be perfect which is fine but none of us are trained cooks so that seems like a high expectation to have.

Amazing Experience, will definitely be coming again on my next visit to the city!
Booked Parisian Bistro Cooking with Chef Lamour in Queens (Astoria)
Chef Lamour was such a delight to meet. I booked an evening with Chef Lamour for my boyfriend's birthday and he absolutely loved the experience with her and of course the food we cooked. She is such a talented chef, we learned new techniques and had great conversations. I brought Tupperwares just in case we were not able to finish the food which we in fact did not finish. She kindly packed our food to go. We loved every part of this experience. We had an amazing night and we would absolutely book again!

Booked A Fusion of Favorites with Chef Nicholas in Brooklyn (Sunset Park)
It's an interesting class! I do like the part to make our own pasta. Would be great if the DIY part is longer!
Booked Classic French Techniques with Chef Nicholas in Brooklyn (Sunset Park)
Prepare to be amazed. Nick is extremely qualified to teach, dazzle and entertain. Your palate will be pleased and your knowledge of food and cuisine will grow in leaps and bounds. The fresh pasta was made like a native Italian and his Bolognese sauce is on another level. Learn how to make a delicious bearnaise sauce, marinate and cook a skirt steak like you've never tasted before. The flavors in the mushrooms and steak continued to wow me long after the last swallow. For dessert, tres leches cake! Wow! You will definitely find room for this, even on a full stomach. Never pretentious or proud, always willing to share his abundant skills and craft. You won't be disappointed. Bring your friends. Come back again and again.
Booked French Macarons 101 with Chef Katie in Brooklyn (Park Slope)

Booked Parisian Bistro Cooking with Chef Lamour in Queens (Astoria)
Lamour was an excellent host. She was delightfully engaging. The preparation and the eventual dining of each course culminated towards a climatic dessert, the Apple Galette. The Cheese Plate also was a very nice touch to say the least. My wife and I were more than satisfied with the experience. Highly recommended!
Booked The French Connection with Chef Ivan in Manhattan (Greenwich Village)
First of all, the atmosphere is charming and welcoming. Chef Ivan is a consummate professional but without any arrogance. He was very approachable, friendly and detailed while teaching great techniques. He made sure that every participant performed each task, all the while keeping the class moving smoothly through preparing each course. Chef Jeremy the pastry instructor was also a good teacher and patient when answering questions. He too encouraged participants to help perform the various tasks required for making a savory pastry appetizer and the very important soufflé for desert. The menu definitely took my home cooking to a new level! I throughly enjoyed the class and would recommend it for individuals or groups.

Chef Michael gave my girlfriend and I a great, memorable experience. Both my girlfriend and I are semi-experienced cooks and Chef Michael still offered us many new tips and techniques for quick but delicious dishes. He was very personable and spoke with us after we completed dinner and olive oil, wine, and various cuisines around the world. Highly highly recommend.

It was great! We had wonderful time with Chef Michael. Class was organized in "currently closed" under renovation restaurant in professional kitchen. I loved that we weren't split in groups and there were plenty to do and learn. Menu was easy, but delicious.

Booked The Art of French Cooking with Chef Paul in Manhattan (SoHo)
Had the most magical time at Chef Paul's Miette Culinary Studio! I brought my 12-year-old niece, who absolutely loves to cook. When signing us up, I mentioned in a note that her dream is to become a chef. The class included seven or eight adults and us, and Chef Paul went out of his way to make her feel welcome. He took her under his wing, showing her basic techniques and treating her aspirations with such respect that she felt truly seen and encouraged. We arrived early, and Chef Paul shared that he began cooking in a professional kitchen around the same age as my niece, then apprenticed under a famous chef in Paris at 15. He later became the head chef of two restaurants before opening his own culinary studio. The class focused on French cooking and included a four-course meal. I loved that it was small and intimate—just 10 people—compared to other classes I found that had 16 to 20 participants. Although we worked in groups of four to prepare each dish, Chef Paul brought everyone together where he demonstrated key steps across all the courses—techniques that many cooks get wrong—and showed us how to do them for the best results. He even provided special recipes for us to take home and ensured that each student got hands-on experience with parts of multiple dishes. It truly felt like a shared and collaborative learning experience. By the end of the three-hour class, our class of nine or ten had shared a delicious meal and great conversation. My niece was absolutely thrilled and left even more inspired to pursue her dream. If you have a child who loves cooking, I can’t recommend Chef Paul highly enough. He even offers children’s group classes upon request. Thank you, Chef Paul, for such a warm, generous, and unforgettable experience!
Booked Lovers in Paris - Date Night with Chef Emily in Manhattan (Hell's Kitchen)

Booked Refined Feast with Chef Emily in Manhattan (Hell's Kitchen)
OMG... chef Elizabeth was a amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, kept the whole class interesting, learned a lot in just 2 hours, and the food was delicious, will definitely do another class, once my wife comes back from military orders. This was a lilte go away secret present and she was thrilled. Thank you so much for surpassing my expectations
Booked Fantastic French Feast - Date Night with Chef Emily in Manhattan (Hell's Kitchen)
Chef STEPHANIE was great, a few things that would have enhanced the experience. In my opinion, the food was too little to be satisfying for a dinner. You should’ve had either bread on the table or some form of salad to start the meal. By the time we ate the scallops, they were cold, And it just wasn’t enough to be a full dinner. I learned some great Tactics and overall was a very good experience, a few tweaks could make it even better. Thanks!
Booked Perfectly Flaky Croissants with Chef Emily in Manhattan (Hell's Kitchen)
The Chef was lovely, and the pastries turned out great. I only wish everyone at the table had their dough to work with instead of sharing, and it was awkward at times. There was an individual who was baking most of the time and not allowing others to have an opportunity. I think the class is overpriced if you have to share and are not baking or cooking. That is my honest review.
Booked Quiche, Scones and Patisserie Treats with Chef Emily in Manhattan (Hell's Kitchen)
Great menu and instructor . Very organized and well-timed
Booked Puff Pastry Skills Builder with Chef Emily in Manhattan (Hell's Kitchen)
We had a great experience today! I brought my daughter for her birthday. The entire staff was friendly - the pace of the lesson was excellent, and the end project was so great. Would highly recommend this class!
Booked Focus on Fresh Bread with Chef Emily in Manhattan (Hell's Kitchen)
Chef Liz knows how to bake rustic breads but a 2-hour class was too much too fast: TWO prepared dough to make TWO different recipe breads. *For $99 we EACH should get dough loaf that others didn't handle barehand) *Students didn't get 9page recipe before class - CozyMeal emailed it asap I asked *Liz didn't say ANY units of ANY ingredients (eg "add the TEASPOON of salt" vs "add the provided salt) *Helpers behind Liz were distracting. *Premises pleasant, clean, good transit.
Booked Traditional French Cuisine Recipes with Chef Denis in Manhattan (Greenwich Village)

Booked French Holiday Favorites with Chef Emily in Manhattan (Hell's Kitchen)
This was a great team-building experience with Chef Stephanie, aka "Chefanie." She is informative and engaging. The chef allowed us to ask questions and provided plenty of opportunities to share the cooking and learning experience. My only suggestion would be to offer stools to participants since eating the meal standing up was awkward and uncomfortable after standing for 2+ hours during preparation
Booked Irresistible French-Style Croissants with Chef Emily in Manhattan (Hell's Kitchen)
Class was great. Chef was knowledgeable, friendly, fun. Great location. I’d recommend
