Received this experience as a gift, didnвЂ™t know what to expect but had such a good time. ItвЂ™s like cooking with family. Chef gave directions as we worked through preparation and then sat together to eat. This was in his home. So welcoming and comfortable. You will see us again.

My wife and I had a great time. We learned a few new tricks, had a great meal and face to face conversation with complete strangers. I was worried at first thinking that entering someone's house for a cooking class would be awkward. But it felt very relaxed and welcoming in Chef Washington's home. Don't hesitate to book an experience with Chef Washington. We did his Rush of Spanish Flavors class and it was incredibly fun, engaging and also tasty. He ensured everyone was involved, taught us lessons along the way and kept enquiring on our experience as the night went along to ensure we were all having a good time. 10/10 I will book again.

Chef Andrea was very personable. We loved the stories of how he learned his father's recipes and passes them on to his clients. The gnocchi and sauce recipes will be used by all of us. They were delicious...as well as the appetizer, salad and cake. We loved everything.

Our group had a wonderful time making sushi with Chef Kumiko! Covid has obviously made doing group activities difficult and we were originally planned to do ours in January 2021. We felt uncomfortable with all the restrictions and Chef Fumiko was soooo accommodating to ensure we could make the best of the situation. We learned a lot about the proper methods to making authentic sushi, where we should get fish locally, and preferred ways of rolling and mixing ingredients. We look forward to trying again our on own using her guidance and techniques!

Fumiko provided us with a fun, informative, and relaxed environment for our first sushi-making experience. This class was a great date night, and Fumiko went above and beyond in her flexibility, answering questions, and giving us some fun ideas to try at home. We thoroughly enjoyed Chef Gagana's Sri Lankan cuisine class, the meal was amazing! Chef Gagana is very friendly and generous with his knowledge. He gave us the recipe for his own spice mix to use at home, as well as the recipe of everything we made. We expected it to be more hands on, however, it was more of an observation class. This did not bother us because Chef Gagana is very engaging and was teaching us the whole time. We feel confident that we can replicate this meal at home!

My boyfriend and I had a really fun afternoon with Chef Fumiko making sushi. She is very personal, organized and does a great job at instruction while making the class very fun. In addition, the recipes she showed us were excellent. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to learn to make sushi.

Chef Fumiko was extremely knowledgeable and sweet. This was a wonderful date night. I especially loved how she found ways to still teach us certain aspects of cooking while finding ways to save time so I still felt like I properly learned the whole process, even though she did some of the prep work.

My experience with Chef Gaspare was absolutely amazing. He was very friendly and talkative, made my family and I really comfortable. The kids helped him to cook and he taught us valuable things about our menu. We had a blast! The meal was unbelievably tasty and dessert was outstanding!! We love the experience and chef Gaspare. Preparing an amazing dinner with a private chef in our own kitchen was such a special way to celebrate our anniversary! (After 18 years, you kinda run out of unique ideas.) She worked with our dietary needs and taste preferences. I learned a lot of new techniques and got to pick her chefy brain. Great value too: we got to drink our own wine, and have tons of leftovers. I cannot recommend Chef Jennifer highly enough! I'm absolutely hiring her for parties and celebrations in the future.

Chef Fumiko was obviously an expert on the subject of sushi and related Japanese style food (she made a tasty miso soup from scratch while we were there). She was well prepared for the class and provided extensive notes regarding materials, procedures, recipes, and details about various items used (or that could be used) in making sushi roles. It was a fun 'hands on' class. The best was enjoying the results of our labors at the end! We are inspired to make our own sushi at home. My hat's off to this chef!

Ben was excellent! The menu was delicious and we enjoyed the things he chose for us. In addition to the amazing meal, Ben was incredibly knowledgable, engaging, and easy to talk to. He was kind enough to let us take over his house and we felt very welcome. I'm not a big tamales fan but Chef Raquel proved me wrong. I loved her Tamales. Great cooking class for anyone looking for simple but yet delicious dishes in Seattle.

Fun, delicious, informative and entertaining are the four terms I would use to characterize Chef Karen's cooking class. We booked this French cooking class with a few friends and simply LOVED it! She is a great instructor who often combines techniques with funny stories which make the class so entertaining. If you are looking for a fun cooking class with a chef in Seattle, then Chef Karen is a great chef.

Chef Bruce and his wife used to own a very famous French restaurant in Boston before they decided to retire and focus on cooking classes. He is a great chef and a fantastic instructor. Given that his recipes are very complicated, he often does more of a cooking demonstration than a cooking class but it's still very engaging and he teaches the students many useful techniques. The end result of the class was a very delicious meal - one of the best dishes I have had!

The experience was absolutely wonderful. Chef Dean was welcoming, helpful and so friendly. It was almost surreal to have a private experience with such a revered local chef (he has framed newspaper and magazine clippings from his restaurant days on his walls). Our experience was hands-on, with Chef Dean guiding us through dumpling folds and pan flips. He was patient and helpful as we learned many new skills. The little touches (custom printed menus, modifications for my allergy, beautiful table arrangements) instantly elevated the evening. For a first Cozymeal experience, Chef Dean set the bar very high. We have already started to browse more classes that he and other local chefs offer.

We had a grand time learning how to make Paella, Albondigas, Egg Tortilla and Delicious Flan! Chef Larson Washington gave us clear directions and made us feel very welcome and adventurous in his kitchen. He's an excellent teacher and knows how to ask great questions to keep the conversation going. The food was delightful, though still my favorite was the flan. We hope to use his recipes to entertain our friends. I had never made meatballs, so that I learned that, and also liked his style of cleaning up as you go. I highly recommend his classes!

5 stars! What a fun evening! We learned so much from Chef Dean. Everything was perfectly organized and ready for us to jump right in and get hands on and learn so many tips and tricks on numerous dishes on his Asian Food Spectacle menu.
