Chef Shinya was so welcoming into his home. We were two families with three teenagers and we had a blast. The experience felt like a hands-on science class, in a good way. Learning to cook the perfect soft boiled egg has changed my life! Next time I would not do it on a school night, it got a bit late - but worth it! My family is traveling to Japan over spring break and we got some amazing tips.
