What You’ll Do

Join the talented Italian ravioli master Chef Andrea for an incredibly impressive culinary experience.

In this hands-on class, Chef Andrea will teach you how to impress your family and friends at your next gathering with the skills acquired during this seasonal from-scratch ravioli-making class.

You will learn how to roll out a basic egg pasta dough, then use your dough to make two different types of ravioli using a pasta roller and a mold as well as making pinched ravioli that doesn't require a mold. At the end of class, you will be able to marvel and enjoy the beauty of scratch ravioli!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We love taking this class with chef Andrea, he taught us how to build our dough, gives us tips to be successful and we had such an amazing time learning how to make our own ravioli!! Highly recommend this experience chef is so kind and sweet, plus we got to try an amazing dessert! Can’t wait to take the advance class

Chef Andrea is an amazing host, chef, and instructor. We learned so much in the short 3 hours we were at his home. We learned how to make three different types of ravioli and ate our full after rolling out all the Italian dumplings ?.
