What an amazing experience! Chef Michael really knows his stuff and was happy to share his knowledge, experience and humor. The food was delicious, and going into this with little cooking skills I feel like my ability to make a delicious meal in the kitchen has been vastly improved. Add that to working in the comfort of your own kitchen? Amazing. Will recommended to friends, family, and everyone who has any interest in a private class. Looking forward to getting a larger group of friends together for more lessons!

My husband and I learned so much from Chef Yapo about how to peel ginger (iвЂ™be been doing it the hard way for years), peel and chop garlic, and how to season fresh fish. Cooking was fun and didnвЂ™t feel like a chore. The menu he selected was delicious. We were both so proud of our time in the kitchen and canвЂ™t wait to do it again with our family and friends.

This guy's ceviche is out of this world. It's a different take on something I've had before and I had no idea it could be so delicious and so good. The corn in that menu is an ingredient I never would have been exposed to any other way and I can't get it out of my head. Let him teach you how to make it, you won't be sorry.

Highly recommend this cooking class. Chef Aaron was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was patient with my husband and I and willing to answer all of our questions. And the food was delicious!! Aaron brought high quality, seasonal ingredients that made the meal perfect. We will definitely be taking more classes with Aaron in the future.

Chef Aaron was so personable and knowledgeable! He gave us the option of just watching or also following along, we decided to follow along! He was very patient with us and we had many laughs. Would HIGHLY recommend this for a date night/special occasion. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Eliza was a wonderful host, chef, and teacher. She brought so much positive energy and feedback to our lesson. She was also extremely kind and patient. We really enjoyed ourselves and feel like we made some friends along the way. We canвЂ™t recommend her enough and would probably do another class in the future or stop by her popup in Carlsbad.

Me and my boyfriend had a great experience, good choice for Valentine date night! Chef Eliza was great and gave us good italian tips on cooking. She was very welcoming at her house,it felt like home. It was 3 hours of fun, learned how to make ravioli and appetizer with other couples. The desserts were delicious! We will definitely come back:)

Chef Michael makes food you want to eat everyday! The dishes he teaches you are great dinner meals that taste like comfort food. He has a great knowledge of food, I learned so much in my class, not just about the food we were cooking but also about other cooking techniques that I can use at home. I would definitely recommend Chef Michael to anyone who is ready to learn about food and have a good time!

Cooking with Chef Sarah was amazing! There was a wide variety of different flavors influenced from multiple cultures in her dishes. Chef Sarah is an amazing teacher, she's very helpful and patient, walking you through every step during the class. You can see how passionate she is about cooking and you can taste that in the food you are making. All these dishes are great for family weeknight dinners. I would definitely recommend Chef Sarah and her courses to everyone! It was such a great experience!

Chef Stacy is very easy to talk with. We were looking for something very casual, and it was great -- but clear she could also be more formal as desired. She was very tidy and brought everything we needed. She encouraged us to give our ideas for rolls as well. Very fun night.

My husband and I had a great time with the Chef. He was prepared and knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions, and he always had ready answers even when it wasn't related to the meal he was cooking. The night was a lot of fun, I learned a lot, and the meal was delicious.

Our experience with Chef Fabrice was beyond excellent! Not only was the food delicious, but his cooking process was extremely engaging. We loved that he invited his lovely wife into the kitchen, which made our experience even more personal. He made sure to explain everything in detail- from what he was doing and why to where he purchased his produce from. His kindness in accommodating us and answering all our silly questions will not be forgotten and his is attention to detail will definitely have us back!

Jordan was very easy and comfortable to work with and follow in the kitchen with awesome tips on food selection, preparation, and cleanliness with experience that supports his knowledge and skills in the kitchen and his garden where he grows a lot of vegetables. Loved this evening of seafood! Chef Eliza is incredible. Not only is she a wonderful chef, she is personable, dynamic, and a great teacher. She is passionate about cooking and it is evident. Every single dish we made was delicious (especially the paella!!), and broken down step by step into digestible pieces. She showed us a few tricks of her craft as we made the dishes. It was really cool learning her tips on knife skills and how to clean seafood properly. She made each dish feel accessible - even though my husband and I are both novice cooks. Our party was left feeling inspired: we want to make all of these dishes for ourselves, family, and friends. Would highly recommend Chef Eliza for a fun date night or team building experience.
