Chef Max was born and raised in Sicily, an Italian region well known for some of the best cuisine in the world. When he relocated to San Diego, he packed his passion for the authentic flavors from his homeland. With incredible training and work experience under his belt, Chef Max has established his own catering company, which serves exquisite and traditional Italian foods. He looks forward to sharing his love of classic Italian cuisine with you!

It was so fun! Something I’d never think of doing but was given this as a gift and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious!

Chef Max is amazing! His cooking atmosphere is very clean and comforting, and his food even more so. His Basil Fettuccini with Lamb Ragu and Carnaroli Risotto Saffron Infused Baja Shrimp are the best I have had. His Tiramisu and Gnocci al Pesto... Perfezionare!! It was very pleasing getting to know Chef Max and to see him in action.
