With co-workers at your side, compose a California kale salad with crushed blackberry vinaigrette, then learn to sear freshly caught whitefish, served with Chef Jordan’s cilantro cream sauce, seared eggplant, fingerling potatoes and peppers. Jordan was very easy and comfortable to work with and follow in the kitchen with awesome tips on food selection, preparation, and cleanliness with experience that supports his knowledge and skills in the kitchen and his garden where he grows a lot of vegetables. The experience was incredible to the point where I am trying them @ home. Thank you very much.

What a fun experience! My boyfriend and I enjoyed learning some new recipes in our own kitchen. Chef Jordan was great to work with and we enjoyed cooking and eating with him.
