We had ShaSha over to our home to teach my daughter and her friend how to make fresh homemade pasta and panna cotta. The girls loved learning the tips and tricks ShaSha included with her lessons that I know they will remember as they venture onto cooking for from-scratch dishes. ShaSha was lovely and personable and we'd definitely work with her again. And we can't forget the food - so incredible delicious!

My family and I had the best time with Chef Supranee during our cooking class! She was so kind and welcoming and we immediately felt so comfortable talking and cooking with her! Thai food is something we have always wanted to learn how to cook and this class did not disappoint! We cooked 4 amazing dishes together and learned just how easy Thai food can be to make! All the food tasted incredible and I personally was obsessed with the panang curry! Don't hesitate to book a class with Chef Supranee! She is the best!!

Our experience with Chef Jordan was a perfect blend of a fine culinary session and back yard bbq. We kicked things off with a special cacao opener. We learned useful prep techniques, enjoyed 3 courses of organic and responsibly sourced food, garden fresh herbs, and specially made sauces. We enjoyed steak frites with a lakeside sunset view and finished with a wonderous dessert with surprising ingredients. It was an evening full of music, clean upper scale food, useful information, great conversation, and generous left overs. Truly elevating!

Rachel was a fantastic teacher. She worked with me and my wife as part of the Fundamental Dessert Techniques course, which included preparation of panna cotta, cheesecake, and crГЁme brГ»lГ©e. Rachel was a patient and informative instructor, and allowed my wife and me to do all procedures ourselves, stepping in for occasional recommendations. She had a good balance of advising on technical specifics while also giving us room to do each step ourselves, even if we were imperfect at certain stages. All recipes were doable for non-professionals like us, tasted great, and generated reasonable dessert portion sizes for two people without having too much excess. Rachel brought nearly everything we needed, and coordinated with me a week in advance on what we would need and what she could bring, and nothing was missing when it came time to prepare the recipes. Rachel was parked near our complex before the appointment time, and came in right on time and was ready to go. She was patient as well while my wife and I were still getting our daughter settled in for the evening and switching off for the first 20 minutes or so. Everything was done within 2 hours on the dot, and that was with some recipes taking longer than planned in our oven. I would highly recommend this course if you are looking for an interesting date night, or have an anniversary or birthday/similar coming up for a partner who loves to cook/bake (or at least the idea of it!). Rachel was a pleasure to have in our home, and we look forward to taking one of her other classes sometime!

Loved the true food-as-medicine approaches she made Especially for my 9 year old to hear that real food is the best! She lead us to delicious food making and made the whole experience so fun by incorporating portions of her garden, stories of her life and bringing adaptability of our new world in. We did a great pasta dish and it was nice to meet Marty. SheвЂ™s a great chef and definitely makes people get to know each other ? Thank you for a great evening. This definitely makes me want to cook pasta ? Before the class we changed the dish into regular pasta instead of stuffed pasta which was good to learn and I still would have liked to learn the stuffed one as well.

I purchased this class for me and my 10 year old niece for her birthday, and it was fantastic! Chef Marty does a great job of making the class fun, finding ways for young kids and teenagers to participate the whole time. She also keeps the class casual and fun instead of overly formal, which makes you feel like youвЂ™re in the kitchen cooking with family. A sunset, family style dinner in her garden was a great ending to the class.

Chef Fabrice: 5/5 Personality: very straight forward and funny, has a lot of great stories from his professional cooking days and what his life is like now. Makes for a great dinner ambiance. Teaching: very descriptive about each and every step. Explains the importance of whatever technique he is using for each task. Example: using vinegar when boiling an egg helps peel the shell a lot more easily. Professionalism: even when he's talking about different stories he knows how to stay focused on the task at hand, which translates to a fun and entertaining experience all while making the food perfectly. There's nothing to say about the food because there's nothing that needs to be said. The man cooked along side Jacques Maximin! If that's not enough spark your interest in his food i don't know what to tell you. But if you want something food wise. His Cavillion Soup was ELECTRIC. Definitely gonna repeat that in the future. Verdict: you have to try him out. The man has been in the business since he was 16. Trained in France among the best. Cheers Chef! Chef Jessica Is a very straightforward cook. She uses simple recipes, good ingredients that anyone can employ once you learn. It's such an eye-opening class too because I don't get into the kitchen thinking, "Oh, I'll just make some thai food!" but now I can! Excellent chef, excellent class.

Chef Bailey is a powerhouse. Full of energy and good ideas she is someone who is passionate about healthy food, clean eating and creating good food for people who can't eat just anything. If you're gluten free, do yourself a favor and take her class!

This girl is my absolute favorite! She is incredibly real and inspiring, loves food, loves people, loves her family. On top of that her food is so delicious, I was just supposed to try a bite at one point and I almost licked the plate. If you never do another class do her class. She's amazing.

Chef Kari is real down-home cooking in all the best ways: yummy, approachable, and delicious. She is a real chef--she's on top of everything in the kitchen and can teach anyone a whole lot. I really enjoyed my time with her and eating the dishes was the best part! Wonderful class, I'd take class after class from her any day.

Chef Fabrice...Wow. What a joy to watch just like five feet from me. He really is the real-deal french chef. Very personable and you can tell he loves, really loves food and the work that he does. Learning from him was such a treat, I was in awe at his knife skills and I really enjoyed learning from him.

This was such a great experience! Fabio had extensive knowledge of Italy and told us of some places to check out when we finally travel there. At first, I didn't expect it to be an at-home thing, but that ended up being wonderful in that it made me feel I could re-create this meal. Let me tell you, I cannot believe the amazing flavors of the sauce we made, the texture of the freshly from scratch pasta... and a dessert I cannot wait to make again! I highly recommend this service and Fabio specifically. VERY happy we did this.

Attending Chef Supranee's vegetarian Thai cooking class was an incredible experience! The hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived, her cozy home was a the perfect atmosphere for a cooking class. All ingredients were prepped and ready, and Chef Supranee explained each step clearly. All the dishes we prepared were absolutely delicious! We were pleasantly surprised with the generous leftover take-home boxes and extra ingredients provided. Additionally, we received detailed recipes to recreate the dishes at home, which added incredible value to the experience.
