He headed to college where he befriended and learned from chefs from the Caribbean, Southwest, Mexico and the South. I love friend chicken (it has always been my comfort food) and was looking for a recipe to make it myself when I found Cozymeal's fried chicken cooking class with Chef John in Santa Monica. The class was fun, very educational and the fried chicken in the end was the best I have had so far. This was my first ever cooking class and I'm now a huge fan. I'm already looking to book my next cooking class but this time, another dish :)
