Vivian and Michi were amazing! We had a great experience tonight making ramen from scratch. They were both professional in knowledge and very welcoming and friendly. They showed us in clear easy instructions how to make each items and the steps involved. They had answered all our questions and gave advice on how to change the dishes when making at home for new taste. I feel confident with their recipe and instructions, I can now take this home and share with friends.

We had an amazing time in our Italian cooking class with Vivian and Michi! Vivian was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make the experience fun and engaging. We learned great tips, made pasta from scratch, and felt confident enough to try it at home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone had a blast. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend it!

What a truly wonderful experience my husband and I had cooking with Chef Ricky. He was professional, personable, and beyond knowledgeable. It was so fun & we learned so much. We are already talking about taking another class with him. We had experience with sous vide, but we still learned a lot and the menu was phenomenal. Don't think about it..just book it, now!

The class we took was focused on making ramen from scratch. It was such an amazing experience! The instructors were super welcoming and made the class feel like a gathering of friends. We learned all about the culture of ramen while getting hands-on with the ingredients and making our own noodles. The meal we prepared together was absolutely delicious, and the conversation was just as exciting. I can't recommend these chefs enough, a solid 10/10 & we will be back! ?

Chef Vivian and Michi were amazing and very professional! My wife is a Ramen fanatic and they were able to walk her through making Ramen from scratch with it tasting great!! Great tag team duo and just all around nice wholesome people! 10/10 would definitely recommend and plan on trying again

What a spectacular evening. Chef Ricky is a professional chef AND teaches his craft to others. He does these classes in his home, which a kitchen to die for! I had no idea what this type of cooking entailed, which was the purpose of my attendance. The menu was definitely gourmet while fairly easy to prepare, because Chef had already arranged all the ingredients and spices in our space. I would definitely attend another class with Chef Ricky in a New York minute! The other guests were fun to cook with too.

Chef Kathy was AMAZING. The recipe was so, so simple but the expertise she showed in handling and teaching handling the ingredients and combinations of flavors and textures was phenomenal. This was the most delicious food I've eaten in years, and we prepared it for cooking ourselves from scratch without any preservatives! Everything was fresh. I am so incredibly happy to have met Chef Kathy and will definitely attend another class in the future.

Chef Vivian and Michi we're awesome!! They were not only excellent instructors but they were also very friendly. They traveled to our home for the class and were prepared with everything we needed, it could not have been easier. I was not familiar with Sous VIde cooking. Chef Ricky made it all so easy! We made crГЁme brГ»lГ©e first. This took the longest time to cook in the water. Next we made the whole red snapper. THe amazing thing is that the snapper only took 45 minutes to cook in the Sous Vide machine. The whole experience was over the top! We made fresh cilantro rice to go with the snapper. This was definitely 5+ stars! Highly recommend Chef Ricky!

Chef Ricky was nothing short of Amazing! If I could give this class 6 stars, I would. My wife and I had an amazing experience making sushi for the first time. Chef Ricky was very informative and really kept the class entertaining from beginning to end. If this is your first cooking class, you definitely will not be disappointed. THIS REVIEW IS LONGGGGG OVERDUE!!!! (Which I sincerely apologize for Chef) The experience with Chef Ricky was one that I can't even put into words. The professionalism and expertise which Chef Ricky possesses was one of a kind. My boyfriend and I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Although this was such a relatively new meal for the both of us, we felt like legit professionals!!! Chef Ricky was very detailed and thorough with the step by step directions. He helped me not feel as nervous as I initially was. Very welcoming spirit, and the kitchen was beautifuulllllllll. My boyfriend and I left extremely happy with the experience and highly recommend for any occasion. I would definitely book again in the future.

Chef Kathy was outstanding, and we loved everything about our experience. Her knowledge, skill, and patience, combined with her friendly, easy-going attitude, made making dinner, for even someone like me with zero cooking ability, a breeze. The highlight of our meal was our entree of black pasta with seafood, and I will be dreaming of it for weeks to come. I highly recommend Chef Kathy!

2/25/25 My wife and I decided to take the ramen making class for our anniversary. I canвЂ™t express how thankful we are for discovering this fun and informative class . First I want to say chef Michi and Vivian are amazing hosts and chefs. The instructions were very clear and helpful. Very hands on and fun to participate in making the ramen noodles , the pork tenderloin and the onigiri. We finished up with a very delicious and refreshing shaved ice. The atmosphere was pleasant all around . They have made me more confident in trying things out for the first time . 5 stars isnвЂ™t enough to rate this overall experience. What a fabulous experience! My love and I took this class for ValentineвЂ™s Day. We really enjoyed it, the food was delicious and the music felt like we were indeed in Italy! **A Truly Exceptional Cooking Experience - 10/10!** I had the pleasure of attending this cooking class, and I can confidently say it was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. First, the instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. They not only guided us step-by-step through each recipe but also shared valuable tips and tricks that I can apply in my own kitchen. The hands-on approach made the experience engaging, and I truly felt like I was learning something worthwhile. The atmosphere was welcoming and fun вЂ” a great balance between educational and social. Chef Vivi and Michi opened up there home to us and at first we were skeptical about going into a private home for the cooking class but every was spotless and well-equipped, the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. We arrived 15mins late due to traffic but the chefs were so understanding and we still had plenty of time for us to ask questions and get individual attention, which really made the experience feel personalized. The best part? The food we made was *delicious*! We walked away with not just new skills, but a new level of confidence in the kitchen. The class was amazing with chef Vivian and chef Michi. They were so inviting and comforting. The experience was educational and so much fun. Teaching the importance of each step. Breaking down why things are done the way they are. Their experience is shown in their patience, attention to detail, and food presentation! Food tasted so good, it was hard to believe we made it from scratch. Outside of the menu provided, they taught us different ways to make everyday food in our household that we are excited to make. Totally recommend this experience, we will be trying their other classes!

We HIGHLY recommend taking a class with Vivian and Michi if you are considering it! We went as a birthday gift, and my partner loved the experience. Chef Vivian and Michi did a wonderful job making the experience very fun -- asking us questions, sharing stories of their experiences as chefs, and making recommendations for cooking other meals. The food was great, we brought wine to sip as we cooked, and we would definitely go back as a date night or family activity. 10/10 experience!

Chef Vivian and Michi were wonderful! They invited us into their home to teach my friend and I a full 5 course meal that was absolutely delicious. All the steps were easy to follow and things I could take home and continue to do myself. They even took a mushroom вЂњhaterвЂќ and turned me into a mushroom lover!! Chef Vivian and Michi were amazing! Welcoming and wonderful. They were accommodating to all dietary needs and ages. I brought my 15yr old niece and she is a vegetarian and they ensured we could both get what we wanted out of the experience. The food was delicious. I miss the ramen from the Pacific Northwest and this was the best ramen I have had since moving to Tampa. I would highly recommend.
