If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Chef Vivi and Michi are some of the most kindest and patient people IвЂ™ve ever met. I originally booked the kids sushi class as a gift for my daughterвЂ™s birthday and my husband also booked the ramen class for our anniversary. The ramen class was first and it was such a great experience. It was much easier than expected and everything was simply delicious. I definitely feel like I could go home and make my own ramen one day

What a great experience. The evening was the right balance of a well versed and congenial chef; friends who are up for most anything and great food - Who doesn't like Cuban Cuisine? Chef Seth was perfect with his skill set and puting on his teaching hat and was the skillful entertaining animated Chef. Truly a "Top Shelf" experience. This is highly recommended (as attested to by me, the host and all my guests). You should do this!

If you are looking for cooking classes to take, take this one! Our group of 3 had a blast. Chef Danh is knowledgeable, fun and attentive. He prepped and made sure everything was ready for our class. Nothing was unaccounted for. We learned knife techniques, history of how items are prepared, and of course, how to make a delicious meal! His place was also easy to access, park and very clean. We would highly recommend anyone take this class. We are looking forward to taking more!

From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. First, the instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. The best part? The food we made was *delicious*! We walked away with not just new skills, but a new level of confidence in the kitchen. What a wonderful evening! Chef Ricky was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. Total hands on experience from prepping the stock and ingredients to hand making the noodles and adding the final torch to the duck and pork belly. Chef Vivian and Michi were wonderful! They invited us into their home to teach my friend and I a full 5 course meal that was absolutely delicious. All the steps were easy to follow and things I could take home and continue to do myself. They even took a mushroom вЂњhaterвЂќ and turned me into a mushroom lover!! They were chatty and answered any questions we had, and were truly engaging. We had the best time!! And came home with leftovers!!
