Such a fun night! Chef Eddie was an amazing teacher, giving detailed instructions plus individual feedback and recommendations to everyone who attended. He also taught us a ton about soy sauces and how to mix different ingredients together to make the perfect dumpling dipping sauce. And of course all the food was exceptionally delicious. We've already discussed looking for more Chef Eddie classes to attend in the future!

What a terrific experience this was. Eddie was outstanding. I'm a school leader, and I know a good teacher when I see one - Eddie is top notch. He gave clear, kind instructions. Everyone got better in a hurry, and we had fun along the way. He was so thoughtful in the construction of the experience over the course of the evening. Couldn't recommend this experience more highly!

10/10 this was an amazing class, and I strongly recommend it! Chef Eddie taught us how to prepare the dumpling dough from scratch. This consisted the kneading, the resting, the breaking off pieces, rolling them out, how to stuff and cook them. What I really appreciated what how creative he was in his teaching methods. For demonstration and practice, he had a rough practice dough for us to practice with while our dough was resting. He even had us practice pleating with Playdo, which I thought was brilliant! There was even a little camera to project what his fingers were doing onto a large TV, so that watch either the finesse of the fingers or the larger view. Chef Eddie also made sure to check in on how we were doing, and provided regular and frequent feedback so that we learned how to do everything correctly. And it worked - all the dumplings in our class survived! In addition, he also demonstrated how to braise pork belly (which was delicious), and how to prepare Tang Yuan as a rice-flour dessert variant of the dumpling. Chef Eddie had us try various soy sauces so that we could experience how they vary in flavor an quality, and also explained to us the stories and cultural significance of these dishes. I absolutely loved this class, and if any of my friends express curiosity in how to make dumplings I will immediately direct them to Chef Eddie. If I could take it again, I would!

Eddie was awesome. He’s an incredible teacher - went to great length to impart some really useful info, without being tedious. He was super engaging the whole time, had everyone making some exquisite looking dumplings by the end of the night, and his recipes were amazing! I can’t say enough good things. Definitely check him out.

We had so much fun and learned so much with Chef Daniel. My wife and I went to his pasta making class and it was great. The space is neat and prepared for cooking and he guides you step by step. Very thoughtful and well prepared. We'll definitely do other classes with him.

Our experience with Chef Doug was fantastic! Not only was the food amazing, but he was wonderful company to have over for the evening and he left our kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived. We can’t wait to try the recipes he left us again and can’t recommend him enough!

Chef Doug was amazing. The recipes were delicious and he was very hands on in the lesson. He was also extremely friendly, and made great conversation. He also brings everything you need for the lesson, and does a great job cleaning afterwards. 10/10 will definitely do another course! Thanks for a fantastic evening!

We had a great time, and the tapas and paellas that we were making are something that I can continue to make at home. It was delicious. But more importantly, Chef Daniel is patient and thoughtful. He shares his experience organizing one's kitchen, prepping before cooking, using a knife effectively, and managing the heat during cooking, all of those little things that make up an excellent dish. Something you couldn't get from merely reading and following the recipe. It is about learning great cooking habits and workflow. One tends to want to cook more often if one has a great workflow and process to achieve the desired outcome.

Was hoping it was a bit more in depth like getting the fire going or making the dough. Just rolling the dough and adding toppings to put in the oven wasn't what I had expected. To be fair, Phoebe did answer questions but the focus then got further diluted in making donuts and gelato ... I thought I signed up for a wood fired pizza making class

Meghna was fantastic! I loved her introduction of spices and how each one was used. The rice was different and amazing as well as all of the savory dishes. Some of the best Indian dishes I have had even after travelled to India for 5 months. Thanks , we will be back!

We loved the class, very informative with the right amount of work done for you mixed with hands on aspects. Tons of donuts, went home full with a to go box as well. Ryan was awesome and clearly knows what he's doing in terms of making donuts and running classes. I'll be recommending to friends and family for sure!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our first ever Cozymeal experience with Chef Dirk. He graciously welcomed us into his beautiful home and we immediately felt comfortable. Chef Dirk kept our attention, made the class fun and entertaining, all the while having us learn how to prepare the dishes we were about to eat. We had tons of fun preparing the meal and the food was delicious of course! Chef Dirk even had made the visit even more personal by celebrating my wife's birthday. We will definitely be back for another class in the future!

Such a wonderful experience with Chef Daniel! My partner and I learned how to make tapas and a seafood paella, which turned out delicious! Having very little experience in culinenary, Chef Daniel makes you feel comfortable in the kitchen, which made the class enjoyable and fun! I would highly recommend this class for anyone who wants to learn (and of course eat!) Spanish cuisine.

Loved all the info about food in different regions of India and when/how to use certain spices. Food was delicious -- the chef and her recipes were easy to follow. Class ran over by 30 mins, though it was a pleasant class and I liked that we didn't feel rushed to finish.

Chef Jessica created a memorable experience for not just my date and I, but for the entire class. She teaches you traditional cooking methods in a relaxed environment (think Gordon Ramsay... now think the complete opposite of Gordon Ramsay, that's her). This was my first cooking class and she made the experience so memorable that I'll definitely be returning. She is the grand daughter of Mama Liang and for those you know this restaurant from the 626 or Liang's Village in Cupertino, you're in for quite a treat!

Chef Daniel was awesome! My fiance and I love to cook and wanted to do our engagement photos cooking. Chef Daniel's kitchen is so spacious and open and perfect for a big group. He accommodated our strange request to do our engagement photos during the cooking class. The food was delicious and Chef Daniel loves to teach and explain techniques while cooking. I think everyone came away from the class with new skills. Would definitely take another class with Chef Daniel. Thank you!!

Chef Dirk cheerfully welcomed us into his beautiful home, patiently showed us how to prep various ingredients, cook and plate the final products. We were not rushed through the meal even though it was getting pretty late. We are inspired to recreate the tasty dishes for our friends soon!

My husband and I enjoyed Chef Dirk’s German cooking class! We spent several hours at Chef dirks beautiful home in San Francisco, the kitchen and dining area were very cozy and perfect for our small class. During the class, we learned a lot about German culture and tips and tricks for the dishes we were prepping. I also enjoyed learning on how to keep my kitchen and prepping space more organized, clean and efficient! Chef dirks techniques and system while working in the kitchen were inspiring. The class was very hands on and the dishes were delicious and worth the wait! We also enjoyed the focus on plating our dishes (the dishes were almost too pretty to eat). Throughout the class, Chef dirk was engaging, personable, funny and entertaining. He also was open to answering many of the questions I had Throughout the class. He was a great teacher and host (his strong background in hospitality management showed)! We ended up going over our time but I didn’t mind since we were having so much fun! Would recommend for an intimate afternoon or evening learning how to cook!
