Create and enjoy a delectable meat-free meal that even a carnivore would enjoy.

Join Chef Daniel in this hands-on class and learn how to cook his upscale vegetarian menu. In addition to experiencing a gourmet meal, you’ll learn advanced cooking techniques and methods you can utilize in your own kitchen.

Begin with an appetizer Chef Daniel will prepare just for you — a delicate tartelette dotted with eggplant “caviar” and finished with tomato confit and basil oil. Your next course will be soup au pistou, a hearty Mediterranean bean soup with tomato pesto. For your entrée, you'll prepare vegetarian moussaka, and end the class on a sweet note with a fresh apple tart.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was such a great meal and my daughter and I learned so much from Chef Daniel's knowledge in the kitchen . His calm demeanor made for a very pleasant experience for a Saturday morning and afternoon.

My boyfriend and I had a great time with Chef Daniel and learning various cooking techniques like knife skills, sweating and browning veggies, and when to add different elements of a dish. We would definitely take another class with him again!
