Chef Stephanie was an excellent hostess and she was well prepared as you would expect from a consummate professional. She did a fantastic job explaining the steps of her preparation and cooking process while showing us how to make the cookies and ganache. We even had the opportunity to participate in parts of the preparation and sample the finished product. I would definitely recommend her class to anyone interested in a cooking or pastry class. Chef Stephanie made this as much fun as it was a great learning experience. My family and I have wanted to learn how to make these pastries for a long time and Chef Stephanie could not have made it more enjoyable. Kudos to the Chef.We are thinking of taking the macaroon class with her.

Chef Stephanie was fantastic. My daughters and I had a wonderful time, while learning new cooking techniques. I immediately came home and personally was able to put my education to work, making crepes and new sauces. My husband has a salt allergy so I was able to apply her teaching to my limitations on salt at home. The crepes have been a huge success for dinners, lunch, & breakfast. I even smoked my own fresh salmon tonight for crepes.

Great way for us to celebrate our anniversary! Chefs Christmas and Michelle were on top of everything. Made the experience interactive and fun. And the food was delicious! Most definitely recommend.

The experience of having a private chef for the first time was awesome. Chef Christmas and Chef Michelle were great hosts. We had a blast and got to meet some amazing teachers.

I found a foodie kindred spirit! We enjoyed our anniversary in Greece, right from our own kitchen. The stories, the laughs, the FOOD! We were exposed to new flavors and techniques that we will be making for our friends to enjoy too. There was so much food, and the cake was beyond decadent!! And I didnвЂ™t have to do the dishes!!! My wife is a great home baker, but she's always been a little gunshy when it comes to macarons. I took her to Chef Stephanie's kitchen (we booked together so I could learn a little too!), and had a terrific time. Chef is an excellent teacher - explanations were clear and organized, and full of smart "hacks" that resonated both with my wife, an experienced baker, and with me, a novice. We enjoyed hearing about her French upbringing and her professional journey as much as we enjoyed tasting our macarons at the end of the session. This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences we've had as a couple. I surprised my future Hubby, as he loves to cook and he absolutely loved it. He said he can't wait to do it again. We 100% recommend this experience not only for couples Date Night, but for groups, family or friends. Both Chef Christmas and Chef Michelle as you can imagine, are very Knowledgeable and Passionate about their craft, but most of all Patient and are willing to answer any questions you may have. Me and my father went to learn how to make macaroons and it was a amazing experience. Mrs. Stephanie gave lots tips and tricks on how to master the piping, and how long it would need to be cooked for. She also showed us how to make truffles with the remainder of the gnash. The macaroons where amazing and perfect. They tasted as if I was lifted into the air and resting on clouds. I loved every second of it.

My wife and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary. We wanted to do something different than the usual going out to dinner at a fancy restaurant. We decided to take a cooking class with Chef Christmas. Our experience was special and unique! We learned quite a few things we did not know that we can apply and develop our own cooking skills. Chef Christmas is a master chef, very intuitive, quick witted, calm, cool, collective. We had the five course aphrodisiac with chicken. My wife and I loved it, everything ended up being delicious! Overall We highly recommend Chef Christmas!
