The chef was very nice and attentive and answered all of our questions. Understand that there is not a ton of time but I would have liked to have seen some of the prep work (at least an overview). For example, we made gnocchi but did not learn how to prepare the potatoes (we were just given them ready to go) and returned from break with them cooked and in the sauce. Would have liked at least a quick overview of the steps: cooking gnocchi, ricing the potatoes... and any little tips for those steps. Other than, it was a great experience and looking forward to my next class!

My wife and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary. We wanted to do something different than the usual going out to dinner at a fancy restaurant. We decided to take a cooking class with Chef Christmas. Our experience was special and unique! We learned quite a few things we did not know that we can apply and develop our own cooking skills. Chef Christmas is a master chef, very intuitive, quick witted, calm, cool, collective. We had the five course aphrodisiac with chicken. My wife and I loved it, everything ended up being delicious! Overall We highly recommend Chef Christmas!

Chef Sure was great and fun! The food was excellent with a lot of flavor. I donвЂ™t like too much spice, and my boyfriend likes spice. She met us just at the right spice level to make it enjoyable for both. Every course was great, and we got to try an additional dish made by her. Chef Jared is absolutely amazing. He was very personable, walking us through the whats and whys like the teacher he is. The kitchen was the best work space and is the reason I will be purchasing some new gadgets. The menu was better than I could have imagined. All 4 courses tasted phenomenal.
