Our experience with Chef Christmas was awesome! She made us feel at home and shared a bunch of little tidbits about her cooking preferences and experiences along the way. Our meal turned out great and we learned a lot as well. We look forward to booking Chef Christmas again soon!

The chef was very nice and attentive and answered all of our questions. Understand that there is not a ton of time but I would have liked to have seen some of the prep work (at least an overview). For example, we made gnocchi but did not learn how to prepare the potatoes (we were just given them ready to go) and returned from break with them cooked and in the sauce. Would have liked at least a quick overview of the steps: cooking gnocchi, ricing the potatoes... and any little tips for those steps. Other than, it was a great experience and looking forward to my next class!

I found a foodie kindred spirit! We enjoyed our anniversary in Greece, right from our own kitchen. The stories, the laughs, the FOOD! We were exposed to new flavors and techniques that we will be making for our friends to enjoy too. There was so much food, and the cake was beyond decadent!! And I didnвЂ™t have to do the dishes!!! Thanks Chef Cat! This was one of my favorite anniversary presents!

My wife and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary. We wanted to do something different than the usual going out to dinner at a fancy restaurant. We decided to take a cooking class with Chef Christmas. Our experience was special and unique! We learned quite a few things we did not know that we can apply and develop our own cooking skills. Chef Christmas is a master chef, very intuitive, quick witted, calm, cool, collective. We had the five course aphrodisiac with chicken. My wife and I loved it, everything ended up being delicious! Overall We highly recommend Chef Christmas!

Chef Cat was an absolute delight and provided an incredibly enjoyable experience. Our group had the opportunity to delve into the rich world of Greek cuisine and culinary trivia, which was both enlightening and entertaining. The food prepared by Chef Cat surpassed all expectations (the chocolate pecan cakeвЂ”10/10!). The entire evening was a genuine pleasure, and we truly relished every moment of it.

My wife and I were visiting Houston for our 21st anniversary and she has a food allergy (soybean oil). There aren't many restaurants that can accommodate her. I wasn't sure how this would work in a small air b&b downtown, but Chef Cat made it was amazing. The food, the experience, and the chef were all great. I will be doing this again.
