My husband and I had never done anything like this before so we were not sure what to expect. Chef Christmas was amazing! We had the best time with her. The pasta making course was fun, entertaining, and informative. YouвЂ™ll make mistakes, but youвЂ™ll learn the correct way to craft the noodle. The process is tough but suck it up, itвЂ™s all about the experience. We booked this as a date, and couldnвЂ™t of been more happy. The dessert was my favorite. The speed, Ingredients, and the proficiency was delicious. I would do this over again in a heart beat. Super clean kitchen, organized flow of process, and exceptional conversation. The environment was meticulous and inviting.

AMAZING!! Chef Veronica was very warm, welcoming and did an excellent job explaining the ingredients and gave us many insightful "chef's secrets" for making a truly authentic Italian dish! Cannot recommend this course with her highly enough!

Such a magical evening and awesome company. Chef Veronica taught us so much. I never knew cooking could be this fun. We will definitely be doing this more often, and possibly become a routine event for us. Was not expecting such a fun time. Thank you, Chef Veronica for everything. My wife woke up this morning after dreaming about the all of the wonderful food we made and wants me to make it again this weekend, specifically the risotto!

The chef was very nice and attentive and answered all of our questions. Understand that there is not a ton of time but I would have liked to have seen some of the prep work (at least an overview). For example, we made gnocchi but did not learn how to prepare the potatoes (we were just given them ready to go) and returned from break with them cooked and in the sauce. Would have liked at least a quick overview of the steps: cooking gnocchi, ricing the potatoes... and any little tips for those steps. Other than, it was a great experience and looking forward to my next class!

We had a great time. Since we wanted a vegetarian meal Chef Christmas let us adjust the menu and even swap out the dessert. She also takes a video and makes a little movie for you so you can just focus on cooking and eating and boozing.

I would definitely do this again! My wife and I had a great time. Chef Robert taught us a lot about how to cook authentic Italian food like meatballs and fettucine pasta from scratch. We had a lot of fun and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for something to do on a date night with their significant other.

We had a wonderful time learning to cook fettucine and meatballs from scratch with Chef Robert. He taught the class in such a way that I am confident I can make this meal at home on my own. Chef Robert made the class a lot of fun! The food was so delicious! I loved the fettucine, the sauce, the meatballs, the Merlot cheese, and the ricotta dessert. Bring wine and you will have an even more amazing dinner! The next day we shared leftovers with my mom and she now wants to take the class! I highly recommend this Italian cooking class with Chef Robert!

We had such an awesome time with Chef Christmas! I booked as a birthday surprise for my husband and we had such a fabulous time cooking together! Chef Christmas even took some pictures for us and made a little video montage which was such a sweet and thoughtful little surprise. IвЂ™m not much in the kitchen and my husband is a pretty picky eater but every dish turned out delicious!! My husband even wants to make a few of them again!! Thank you so much, Chef! TEN STARS!!!

This was a fun and unique experience from the comfort of my own kitchen! Chef Christmas guided and taught simple cooking techniques that I was inexperience with. She also gave suggestions on how to change up the same meal by adding different seasonings and cooking wines. By the time we were done, we had an incredible Italian Style meal just in time for the Super Bowl! I'm already planning a "girls night out" cooking adventure for the spring. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time with Jared last night. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. He made my husband's birthday memorable and my group had a blast learning how to make a gourmet meal. If I had to critique anything, it would have been that we did not take the leftovers home with us so we could enjoy them again. Other than that, it was perfect!

We had a wonderful time with Chef Victoria! She has a beautiful home and the kitchen is a perfect setup to get everyone there involved. She gave us some great cooking tips (not all of which were part of our meal). Victoria does not just tell you to do something a certain way, she also explains why she recommends doing it that way. Oh, and the food she helped us prepare was absolutely delicious.

Chef Alexandre is all about hospitality. He was warm, friendly, and made us feel at home. Chef has cooked in many different countries and his food is world class! Every dish was like an elegant classic straight out of a fine dining restaurant. But by the end, I wasn't intimidated to make the dish on my own. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Chef Alexandre and I hope to do it again!
