She went above and beyond, teaching us about ingredients, techniques, and answering our many questions. The food was delicious and we would highly recommend Chef Veronica’s class to anyone wanting a fun day with friends, a unique date, or just a memorable experience. Chef Veronica was so great! I picked her because of her amazing reviews, and she did not disappoint! She was even able to give me some wine recommendations to bring for the meal, which was great because we got to try some new wines we hadn’t heard of before and they were so good! This Chef is very knowledgeable of cuisines and does more than just teaches you the cooking methods, you also learn about the history of the foods, where they come from, and why we prepare them the way we do. Loving to cook at home, we wanted a class that would teach us more about the cuisines than just how to combine preprepped ingredients in a pan. It was a great experience and I highly recommend booking this Chef for your cooking class experience!

The tamales and rice were outstanding. So much fun and Chef made it interesting and entertaining. Would do it again!
