What You’ll Do

A fiesta of flavors awaits you in this lesson in preparing authentic Mexican favorites.

You're in for a Mexican treat in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Michelle. She's curated a menu that captures the truest spirit of regional dining in one of the world's best-loved cuisines.

First, create crispy, bite-sized tostadas filled with tender shrimp and creamy avocado. Then, assemble homemade enchiladas using your choice of chicken, beef or shrimp, flavored with a zesty green sauce and served with homemade rice and beans. Finish your class with a fresh Mexican twist on classic cheesecake using traditional sopapillas.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Michelle and Chef Christmas were amazing! They were so helpful, taught us incredible tips and tricks throughout and we had such a great time. Highly recommend for any work or family group that wants to learn together, have a great time, and enjoy an incredible meal!

Michelle is so cool and chill! I'm not an amazing cook by any means, and she was so patient and showed me lots of little kitchen tips and tricks. Would definitely take a class with her again.
