Chef Robert’s passion for cooking has led him on many culinary pursuits throughout his career, the pinnacle of which was training in Italy for four months where he learned authentic techniques for pasta making and other rustic Italian cooking techniques. He now hopes to bring his own joy of cooking to others through immersive cooking classes and private chef experiences.

We loved this experience!! The food was wonderful and Bobby was a great teacher. We would definitely book another experience with him, and we can’t wait to try making pasta again!!
