We learned how to cook Scallion pancakes, sweet pancakes, noodles and soup. All the dishes were delicious and very clean food! Definitely recommend, especially for people wanted to make authentic Chinese food!

More observational than interactive, but very informative, Chef Wei’s Dim Sum class was an entertaining way to spend an evening. Folding the different dumplings, rolling tapioca pearls, and chopping some veggies, followed by eating everything made us feel very comfortable about trying the recipes at home in the future. Thank you!
