What a wonderful experience learning to cook salmon rillette, pork loin, potato au gratin, green beans, and chocolate mousse. My favorite part was that all the recipes were so fancy and delicious, but did not require unusual ingredients or cooking tools. Thank you Chef Stephanie!

Our class with Chef Stephanie was a great experience from start to finish! She had the whole process streamlined for teaching each step, and there was never a moment we felt rushed or unsure. Her explanations were clear and her tips/tricks helped us to tackle some of the more challenging steps. It was all very fun, and of course the croissants were delicious! We are definitely considering taking another class sometime.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time making macarons with Chef Stephanie. I definitely feel a lot more confident to bake macarons after this class. The macarons were delicious and Chef gave plenty of other ideas for fillings other than the ones we made in class. This is the perfect activity for Galentines or any other excuse to spend time learning with your best friends. (Also fun and instructive in general of course)

Chef Stephanie was fantastic. My daughters and I had a wonderful time, while learning new cooking techniques. I immediately came home and personally was able to put my education to work, making crepes and new sauces. My husband has a salt allergy so I was able to apply her teaching to my limitations on salt at home. The crepes have been a huge success for dinners, lunch, & breakfast. I even smoked my own fresh salmon tonight for crepes.

My wife is a great home baker, but she's always been a little gunshy when it comes to macarons. I took her to Chef Stephanie's kitchen (we booked together so I could learn a little too!), and had a terrific time. Chef is an excellent teacher - explanations were clear and organized, and full of smart "hacks" that resonated both with my wife, an experienced baker, and with me, a novice. We enjoyed hearing about her French upbringing and her professional journey as much as we enjoyed tasting our macarons at the end of the session. I loved Chef Stephanie's cooking class! She is a great teacher and keeps an organized & clean kitchen. She taught us how to make two bread recipes & how to shape our bread into baguettes, epi, fougasse and several knots for our milk bread dough. We made dough and followed the steps until it was ready to bake, then baked it to perfection and got to enjoy sampling it! I would definitely take another class that she is offering.

Me and my father went to learn how to make macaroons and it was a amazing experience. Mrs. Stephanie gave lots tips and tricks on how to master the piping, and how long it would need to be cooked for. She also showed us how to make truffles with the remainder of the gnash. The macaroons where amazing and perfect. They tasted as if I was lifted into the air and resting on clouds. I loved every second of it.

Chef Stephanie was amazing! I learned so much. My one issue was the course description. It said it was a hands on cooking class and while we were able to pipe the macarons onto the pan and pipe the fillings, we didn’t actually create the batter or ganaches which was what I really wanted to do first hand.

Took the Macaroon class as a family outing with our 9 year old daughter. Chef Stephanie made this difficult dessert as easy as possible. She answered all of our questions and was able to show us techniques on getting the proper textures and consistency to prevent certain issues macaroons present. This was an excellent class! Chef Stephanie showed us how to create a great stir fried tamarind chicken dish and the cucumber salad that went with it was delicious. I have been interested in learning more about lemongrass and how to use it and Chef Stephanie provided us with some great tips. After taking this class I can't wait to take another!
