Our team-building retreat with Chef Li was nothing short of amazing. In her beautiful and private, modern kitchen, Chef Li didn’t just teach us to cook; she inspired us with her culinary passion and expertise. We crafted a delightful array of dishes, from perfect homemade dumplings to exquisite stir-fried pork, a refreshing tofu skin salad, and a heavenly dessert soup. Each recipe was a masterclass in flavor and technique, showcasing Chef Li’s exceptional skill. Her warm, engaging approach made the experience not just educational, but truly joyful. We’re grateful to Chef Li for not only the delicious food but also the wonderful memories and the spirit of teamwork she fostered.
